"As soon as you drive into the national park, the views are epic. You are surrounded by Mt Cook and the Southern Alps. The hikes are some of the best in New Zealand, offering unbeatable views. "

"Visit the Giraffe centre to hand feed giraffes, watch baby elephants during feeding time at David Sheldrick, feed wild monkeys in the park, eat at Nairobi street kitchen and party at K1 Clubhouse. "

"If you're not on a tour, it's important to book places like David Sheldrick in advance as they are a true sanctuary and only open to the public for 1hr each day to limited numbers. It can book up weeks in advance."

What can I do at night?

"Nairobi has a lot of restaurants and bars. My favourite is K1 Clubhouse with regular DJs, life music, an outdoor beer garden and club vibes! Great drinks, food and atmosphere!"

What do you love most about Nairobi?

"I love Nairobi so much because the people are so welcoming. Locals have always been so kind and helpful and of course, Kenya is so beautiful it keeps me coming back for more!"

"Research your budget! Costa Rica was a surprisingly expensive country, so we would always recommend to see budget options! We found hostels and local vendors selling casados, a great option to save!"

"Of course a sloth! But please do your research on ethical animal tourism. Wild macaws are also really cool! A native animal to Costa Rica is the majestic jaguar... but they are endangered."

"How green it is! This country is bursting with colour and nature - ready to be explored!"

"Casado! This is a vibrant dish full of flavour, consisting of rice, beans, a choice of meat or fish, salad and maybe even plantain! We miss this dish so much and could honestly eat it daily."

What are your favourite places in Tuscany?

"If you visit Tuscany then you must go to Florence. It is the capital of Tuscany and the birthplace of the Renaissance! It is home to many famous art pieces and museums, as well as iconic architecture!"

Another must-visit?

"Then of course there’s the Leaning Tower of Pisa. While it’s a tourist hotspot, it’s well worth the hype! You really only need a few hours here so I’d recommend taking a day trip or tour from Florence."

A favourite place fo yours?

"Siena! It’s, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful and idyllic towns in Tuscany. While it’s not a huge city, it still offers just as much as Florence and has a quaint vibe."

What is your favourite thing to do in Tuscany?

"Go wine tasting, duh! When you think of wine, vineyards, and rolling hills, you probably think of Tuscany, right? And for good reason!"

"You can’t go to Italy without eating gelato! But remember, avoid buying from places that have mounds of brightly coloured gelato… instead get some from a metal or covered container!"

"Lastly, I simply enjoy strolling along the streets and admiring the beautiful architecture, history, and culture!"

"For such a small place, Alcalá de Henares is steeped in history and has some great museums. The Archaeological Museum and Cervantes Birthplace Museum are my favourites. "

"Alcalá de Henares is a feast for the eyes with some of the most beautiful architecture in the province of Madrid. I love to explore the lovely churches and grand buildings of the city's university. "

"Visit the Duomo and take the ride to the very top for incredible views over Milan. Shop in the beautiful Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II and visit the Santa Maria del Grazie to view 'The Last Supper'. "

"Spontini Pizza Slices, Cioccolatitaliani for impressive ice cream cones, Aperol Terrace, Tagliala Pizza and Al Balestrari for amazing authentic Italian! "

"Milan is best enjoyed in the sun, so many restaurants offer outside seating and terraces and with multiple rooftop bars to choose from - you definitely want to enjoy the good weather!"
