18-Jul-2022K2 the Savage mountain was on our Bucket list for many years. Held ourselves for many years due to security concerns. After getting detailed information about the security situation in Pakistan, this year we decided to visit Pakistan. We choose the best local partner. They are well-informed and their ground staff is well-trained. The Basecamp trek of K2 is one of the most exciting trips of our life. It was a tough one but the support of our crew was always there. The camping, food, gear everything was of international standard. The walk on Boltoro Glaciers & the valley surrounded by 4 Eight thousandneer is exciting, The views were mesmerizing. Will definitely go back to Pakistan as there are a lot of other trekking opportunities in Pakistan. There is safety issues in the area, we took a domestic flight from Islamabad to Skardu and back. Local people were super friendly, and the local partner, i.e. Beyond the Valley is highly recommended.

If you are traveling by yourself, you will be paired with another single client of the same sex. It is possible to hire a single tent while on the trek for an additional cost. Please note single tent hire does not include single rooms in hotels.

Beyond the Valley LLP allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 30 days before the start of the tour.

Transfer as credit to Future Tours
Beyond the Valley LLP allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Beyond the Valley LLP, 60 days before departure.

Low Deposit
Beyond the Valley LLP requires a minimum deposit of 50% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.
