What documents will I receive before I travel?

Do you operate a “single share” option and how does it work?
Yes. We have price for twin/double (same price) and single room. If you want to be in your own room, please select the single.
What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
We'll be at our most flexible to support you when you reschedule the date.
Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?
We provide group tour with English speaking tour guides, then we welcome all guests who can travel with English speaking tour guides and interested in our curated itinerary.
Can I join the tour once it has departed?
We offer private trip and group trips which can be departed daily if acquire the minimum guests. If in the case you wish to join the tour that has departed, you still can join but can cover all places included in the itinerary.

Bonzer Tour allows you to make 3 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 30 days before the start of the tour.

Transfer as credit to Future Tours
Bonzer Tour allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Bonzer Tour, 30 days before departure.

Low Deposit
Bonzer Tour requires a minimum deposit of 500 USD per person or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 60 days before departure.
