We hired them through take off for an all day tour. The morning tour DID NOT MEET the list of things we were going to see, they locked us in a room wanting to sell us carpets. When I complained that they had not fulfilled what we reserved, they told us that they had changed it because it was too hot... FORGIVENESS AND THE MONEY RETURN??? DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES THEY HAVE NO SHAME AT ALL.

Daytur Tourism requires a minimum deposit of 10% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Daytur Tourism charges.

Up to 30 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 5 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 50% of tour cost
