Memorable day in Mauritius

From our first Internet contact, our booking experience was prompt and satisfactory. Initially, all drivers were fully booked but when a cancellation created an opening we were contacted immediately. Our itinerary was custom-made for our requirements and was very comprehensive. Our driver, Devanand, was early for pickup, very courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He was quite prepared to accommodate any of our off-itinerary requests when something interesting cropped up. One of the things that impressed us the most was that the company followed up during our tour to ensure that our itinerary was still on track, what we had asked for, and being enjoyed. There were no surprise extras, which can sometimes happen on private tours. We would highly recommend Indibleu.

This is the first time I have booked with Indibleu, and it has been excellent. Although our trip was very unplanned, the experience has been unique and this is due to the treatment we have received. Best time ever

We went to Mauritius from the 1st to 9th of December and had the best stay I could have asked for. The weather was incredible, since it was sunny every day, and the activities we booked with Indibleu were the most fun ever. We visited Chamarel waterfall which is super beautiful, and hiked le morne which has a super nice view over the coral reef. We also tried the seakart and flyboarding which is so fun if you like adrenaline-like me. But the best thing ever, that I will never forget, was swimming with dolphins!

It was my first time visiting Mauritius…

It was my first time visiting Mauritius and I would definitely come back. The overall stay was incredible thanks to Indibleu, which the views are pretty crazy whereas is located in front of the beach. Feels so good spending the afternoon watching the sunset from their terrace. One of the things I liked most is the food, and what really surprised my is that every thing is hand made, since the bread and bakery at breakfast time to the soaps on your room :D .. it’s been such an experience that I wish to repeat!

A good choice

I used Indibleu for a day snorkelling trip to a private island as well as a tour of another day of the Southwest sites in Mauritius. Randall was the guide for each, and he and the driver, Ashan (not certain of spelling) were wonderful. They took excellent care of all of us. The van was very comfortable, the driver a very safe driver, and Randall knew everything about his home island and the history of the surrounding area. We were picked up at the cruise ship on time, early actually, and returned to the ship. Some others on the ship used another company and had terrible problems. I recommend this company without any reservations or hesitation. You are sure to be happy with them.

Covid-19 Insurance, stating that Covid related Health Expenses are covered by the Policy is required for Entry in Mauritius and Rodrigues.

What Ethical Travel credentials does the tour company have?

Indibleu is a Registered DMC with the local Tourism Authority in Mauritius. We have also been accredited Travelife Partner in 2021 (https://www.travelife.info). We are also part of the 1 DMC World (https://www.1dmcworld.com/). We are also accredited Safe Travel by World Travel and Tourism Council.

Am I contributing to any charity by booking the tour?

With communities around the island affected by the lack of tourism due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is our objective to champion community-based tourism. As such, we initiate and promote trips in which part of the proceeds goes to support the local communities that we visit on the tours.

Will the accommodation included meet local health and safety regulations?

Yes. All chosen accommodations are certified and meet the Local Health and Safety Authorities.

  • Free Date Changes

    Indibleu allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 25 days before the start of the tour.

  • Transfer as credit to Future Tours

    Indibleu allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Indibleu, 25 days before departure.

  • Low Deposit

    Indibleu requires a minimum deposit of 50 USD per person or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 35 days before departure.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Indibleu charges.

    Up to 35 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit
    At 30 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of tour cost
    At 15 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of tour cost
  • Secure payments

    All payments are deposited into an externally regulated Trust account.
