I have been staying at the Calimera Sirens Hotel Malia since 6/23. I booked a sea view room paid handsomely from 23/6 to 7/6 via Tramway Trieste (Mrs. Renata) which is based on the palm tree but they don't want to give it to me saying that the agency was wrong. La Nina couldn't do anything. Can you do something? Otherwise I demand the €220 sea view supplement back.

I just came back from a trip to Egypt (Nile crusing). Everything was perfect. Very well organized. The rooms are tidy, the food is varied and the Nile cruise is just perfect. I have to praise our tour manager Ana. Which was more than good for us. She explained everything to us without imposing and answered all our questions. We couldn't have had a better one. I was very pleased with the itinerary and service provided to us on our 8 day tour of Croatia. The drivers and tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We learned so much from them! This was a fantastic trip! I booked Stunning Slovenia, which went to all the best places of Slovenia and included trips east of Ljubljana, which I was interested in seeing. I wanted to see the whole country, hahah! Communication was fantastic, the itinerary was sent and easy to follow, my airport transfers were always perfectly on time, and guides were fantastic. The walking tour of Ljubljana was a great intro and easy on the first day and I was left with tons of time to do things on my own. The highlight of my tour was actually my guide, Dejan, he was just the best. We had rain in the beginning and the next day it was clear so he took me back to a beautiful overlook and wine garden to take pictures again, and really went above and beyond to show me the gorgeous highlights of such a stunning place. Thank you D!!!

Were on a round trip and a week "royal Makadi bay" Everything is perfectly organized. The first two days on the cruise are tiring, the rest are easy and pleasant. Planned so that you can rest a little in the "desertros" resort. I think that the guide Nina Kosič contributed to the whole impression. We were supported even after the cruise. We felt very good and safe. We could (and did) contact her at any time. Every problem was solved. We travel often. We have visited a lot of countries in our long life, but we should have visited Egypt earlier. A beautiful trip, wonderful memories and experiences. We thank you

Low Deposit

Palma Travel DMC requires a minimum deposit of 30% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 45 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Palma Travel DMC charges.

Up to 60 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 30 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 50% of tour cost
At 15 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of tour cost
