Our 10-day tour of Morocco, organized by Aziz, was great: Marrakech, a day trip to Essouira, then Volubulis, Fez, Chefchaouen, Rabat, and back to Marrakech. We found Perfectly Morocco Tours through the Rough Guides portal, and worked via WhatsApp with Aziz to craft an individualized tour. Aziz recommended several things we hadn't thought of that turned out to be highlights of the visit. Tour guides were informed and personable; we had time for conversations that added texture to what we were seeing as tourists. Aziz even tracked down for us a elusive Moroccan cookbook recommended by a friend (and very expensive if you were to buy it on Amazon). Morocco is a major tourist destination, and Marrakech in particular seemed quite crowded, even in mid-late February. But the people we met were friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to engage with visitors. Highly recommended.

Fuimos tres amigas. Contactamos por redes sociales y fue todo muy rápido. Tanto las respuestas, las opciones y presupuestos. Cada reserva se nos envió por correo. Todo salió genial, los transportes, los guías y las excursiones. Los hoteles súper buenos. Marruecos tiene tantas cosas que ver que estamos deseando volver.

La experiencia fue muy mala. Contratamos presencialmente un viaje de marrakesh a merzouga y el regreso a Fez. En principio contratamos un pack superior, pero de entrada el grupo con el que realizamos el viaje al desierto fue de 14 personas, en un minibus antiguo, de dimensiones estrechas y con un aire acondicionado bastante justo. El hotel de la primera noche no se correspondió con el pack contratado, incluyendo que el reparto de usuarios se hizo en un minimo de 4 hoteles. La noche de la tienda en el desierto se ajusto a lo contratado excepto que no hubo agua caliente. Finalmente el traslado de Merzouga a Fez fue apoteósico, se nos traslado en una furgoneta con 6 personas más el chófer, en un traslado que debía haber durado 7 horas, finalmente duró 12, las paradas fueron aleatorias y el sitio donde paramos a comer fue "surrealista", por no ser más duro. Nos sentimos timados, contratamos un paquete a un precio que nos pareció muy barato y hay estuvo nuestro error. En estos paquetes el low-cost se paga caro.

I traveled with two friends throughout Morocco using Aziz's services, and I strongly recommend him. Aziz did a great job facilitating our exposure to Moroccan culture through the people he introduced us and the selection of cities, towns and sites we visited including Marrakech, Dade, Ait Benhaddou, Marzouga, Fes, Volubili, Chefcheouan, Rabat and Casablanca. He worked with our timetable and did his best to accommodate to all our needs. Whenever issues arose, he remained flexible and helpful, stopping at the supermarket at our request and taking us to a restaurant at night instead of requiring us to take a taxi. I particularly appreciated two aspects of his offerings. First, he selected excellent accommodations in riads across the country. He shared the list of riads ahead of time and allowed me to review them to confirm their quality. Second, the tour guides he hired were well-informed and knowledgeable particularly the guides in Fes and Rabat. Aziz even arranged for us to have dinner with a local family in the medina of Fes. We highly recommend this company
