25-Aug-2022Man o man, if you want to see some amazing sights, with a small group so you are not spending 10 minutes getting on and off a bus, and have GREAT personal service and attention with a small group, this is the trip to book. Josh was fantastic and informative and got us in to places that were closed to individual traffic. It’s a day that was rewarding every minute of every stop, without ever being rushed on time. Thanks for the memories.

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?
The vast majority of our guests are travelling solo and are eager to make new friends. You'll get along great with your shared interest in snow sports and an eagerness to explore all that Canada has to offer.
What policies are in place for Covid-19?
At this time there are no local, provincial and national restrictions in place within Alberta & British Columbia, where this trip visits, and as such there are no policies in place in relation to Covid-19 at this time. We will act accordingly with any relevant jurisdictions where we operate should restrictions change or your trip be impeded by changes where you are.
What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
Under normal circumstances, prior to your final balance being paid in full 60 days prior to your departure, any monies paid will be converted to a Lifetime Deposit, meaning that you can use this yourself or transfer it to a friend. Less than sixty days, monies paid are non-refundable.
What documents will I receive before I travel?
You will receive a full 'what to expect' document that will provide you with a rundown of all relevant information to your trip which includes things like a hotel list with contact details, what to pack list and much more.
Can I join the tour once it has departed?
No, it's not possible to accommodate guests once the tour has departed.
How long has the tour company been trading?
Since late 2019.
Do you operate a “single share” option and how does it work?
Yes. For the Mountain Collector, the single supplement is $1290 CAD plus tax (5%). For The Epic Part 1 OR Part 2, it's also $1290 plus tax. For The Epic Part 1 AND Part 2, it is $1890 plus tax. This single supplement would entitle you to your own private room at all hotels (subject to availability). If we cannot complete your request at all destinations we will advise you as early as possible.

Free Date Changes
Radventures Canada allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before the start of the tour.

Transfer as credit to Future Tours
Radventures Canada allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Radventures Canada, 60 days before departure.

Low Deposit
Radventures Canada requires a minimum deposit of 25% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 60 days before departure.
