Tour Overview
Marangu Route Kilimanjaro Trek, commonly known as the Coca Cola route. It is the oldest established route and considered to be the easiest route on the mountain. It is the second chosen route of the Africa bucket list guest. The minimum days required for this route is five, and the rate of success to reach the top within 5 day is a bit low. Spending an extra acclimatization day on the mountain is highly recommended. That way you can maximize your chance of reaching the summit. Marangu is the only route on mount Kilimanajro that offers sleeping huts in dormitory style accommodations.
