We had a phenomenal time hiking the Machame route with Almighty Kilimanjaro June.

6-11, 2021.

Their preparation materials were spot on with what we needed during the hike.

The 12 of us, who did not know each other before the trek, got along beautifully.

Our lead guide, Jonas, was an incredible leader.

All of our guides took the same, consistent pace (pole pole) each day, acclimatizing us really well for summit day.

We would have a briefing after each dinner about the next day's hike, so there were no surprises.

With our group ranging from age 22-63, and while all taking diamox to prevent altitude sickness, under Jonas and the other guide's expert watch, ALL 12 of us summited! Afterward, we had a fun, celebratory lunch and were able to purchase souvenirs.

That night, we had a wonderful dinner and said goodbye to the guides.

Our pre and post Kili hike excursions were also booked through Almighty Kilimanjaro, with nothing but rave reviews for those, too (a coffee plantation tour and waterfall hike before the trip, and a day safari into Arusha National Park the day following the hike, on the day we flew home.

) In all, we could not have had such an incredibly satisfying experience without Almighty Kilimanjaro and their local expertise.

The guides have summited more than a few hundred times and all are top notch.

Thank you for memories that will last a lifetime.

A wonderful and professional outfit they are.

Without their care and attention I doubt if I would have successful in reaching Uhuru Peak.

My entire experience with Almighty Kilimanjaro - from initial inquiry, booking, to the trek itself was absolutely seamless.

Nick was very helpful when answering initial questions about the route/logistics, and Raphael was my first point of contact when I was in the country, and was great answering questions.

My guide - Tom - was excellent.

Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the route, very easy going and laid back, but also accommodating.

In the final preparation before the summit push, he helped go through everyone's gear, answering questions and ensuring that everyone was properly equipped.

On the descent, he carried a couple bags of others in the group that needed help.

If you are planning a trip with Almighty Kilimanjaro, I would highly recommend that you request Tom as your guide.

I had a perfect experience with Almighty Kilimanjaro.

The guides (Juma and George) were both very knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, healthy, and successful.

On summit night, I was feeling nauseous and dizzy, and the guides helped me through it.

They checked on me often to make sure I was still in a condition to continue, and George stayed behind with me to make sure I could succeed.

They were very friendly, and I had great conversations with both of them, learning about Tanzania and its culture.

I should also highlight the crew of porters as they were literally super heroes on the trail.

Even though they had a very hard job, they always had a smile on their face.

I highly recommend this company if you’re considering climbing Kili.

Patric and Richard were our guides on the 6 Day Machame route.

We decided to stay an extra day at Karanga camp for acclimatization.

Patric also happened to be also my little brother's guide when he summitted Kili about a year and a half ago.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond during expedition towards Uhuru peak - would highly recommend anyone with either of these guides.

Also, the rest of the team were phenomenal and had a very positive attitude.

They struck a good balance between encouraging us to push forward as well as checking that everyone was in sufficient form and condition to continue.

We were impressed at level of attention to detail Patric and his team held and would strongly encourage them to continue in this.

Although the Safari was a tough act to follow, we believed this also met our expectations.

My husband and I used Almighty Kilimanjaro for the 6 day Machame route up Mt Kilimanjaro followed by a 5 day safari.

We worked withRasheedy for all of our planning and itinerary and ultimately chose Almighty Kilimanjaro initially because of the great customer service that Rashedy provided as well as it appeared to be a very reputable company (and it is)!.

Machame Route: Our group was a total of 7 hikers with a crew of around 30 (porters, guides, cook).

Innocent was the lead guide and he knew his stuff.

The whole staff was incredible and quite Innocent deserve all the credit for making sure we all reached the top safe and sound.

An absolute wonderful experience and could not have been happier with the crew.

Trust that they know what they are doing, because they do! 5 day safari: Fute was our guide and he was fabulous.

There was not a question he did not have the answer to! We chose the 5 day safari so that it would include the serengeti park.

Breathtaking experience and again, very happy with Almighty Kilimanjaro's team and accommodations.

My friend and I planned for several months to hike Kili and go on Safari.

Almighty Kilimanjaro was a fantastic company to work with.

From the airport pickup, the hike, the safari, then back to hotel, all went very well.

The only couple of concerns I faced were handled quickly and efficiently by Raphael and the staff in Tanzania.

Our guide, Simon, and Asst Guide, Joseph, are such good guys.

They are knowledgeable and supportive.

The porters, chef, waiter, all of the guys provided the best meals and service we could have asked for.

Ignus was our safari guide and was also terrific.

He is a wealth of information and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.

I recommend Almighty Kilimanjaro! less....

Jonas and Gody are super human and know their trade well.

The camp chef is salim, and the rest of the Porter's work hard for you to have a great trip.

I didn't have the words to explain how much this trip meant to me.

All four in our group summited.
