Upon arrival to Chichen Itza, a specialised guide will give you a detailed tour of the site, enjoying the quiet of the morning visit before the crowds. Throughout the tour, your guide will provide archaeological essential background to better understand the history of Chichen Itza.
Discover how this large pre-Columbian city played an important role in the Mayan civilization around 600 AD to 1200, and remained a center of worship and pilgrimage until the arrival of the Spaniards. Even today, it is still considered sacred by the Maya people of Yucatán Peninsula site. Like many of the cities of ancient Mexico, the site was abandoned, and its ruins were hidden by jungle. Hear how the site was discovered and excavated by archaeologists, earning the protection of UNESCO and today considered one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. They will explain the philosophy, cosmology and mythology behind this ancient place, such as the meaning of the stone carvings, pyramids, platforms, ball games. Visit the Temple of the Jaguars, the Temple of the Warriors and of course the famous pyramid, also known as the Temple of Kukulkan. Hear how a serpent of light seems going up the stairs of this temple in the spring and fall equinoxes (around March 21st; September 21st). Enjoy a lunch box on your way back to Cancun.

You will be pick you up from your Casa Particular in the heart of Old Havana. Your tour starts with a scenic walking tour around the four colonial squares of Old Havana, including Walkthrough Plaza Cathedral, Plaza de Armas, Plaza San Francisco de Asis and Plaza Vieja before taking lunch in La Vitrola restaurant while you listen to live music on the corner of Plaza Vieja. Continue your day tour walking a short distance to the Mercado San Jose for some light browsing/shopping before visiting the largest brewpub in Havana, the Cerveceria Antiguo Almacen de la Madera y El Tabaco, housed in a former lumber and tobacco warehouse. Your walking tour continues along the waterfront via the Orthodox Church, Havana Club Museum, Obispo and it will finish in the Parque Central.
This walking tour is in a small group of 4 or less and is customised to suit your group taking approximately 7-8 hours.

Enjoy this tour discovering the Cuban countryside! Take a half-day Finca Walk or a Horse Ride to discover the tobacco farms surrounding Vinales. Take time to meet friendly locals who can share with you the history of the Finca and the way of living and farming techniques that are based around horsepower and minimal use of modern machinery.
After entering the valley, you will continue through beans, maize and tobacco plantations. Stop at a classic tobacco drying house where you will learn about the art of curing tobacco and hand-rolling cigars. Continue to Mirador, a lookout point high above the village which will offer you stunning views. Take a refreshment and take lots of photos before heading back to Vinales as the sun goes down.

Get ready for a half-day adventure with 1-2 hour horseback ride, or if you'd prefer you may opt for biking or walking instead of horseback, you'll be accompanied by a guide along the road. Explore the ancient streets of Trinidad before arriving at Cubanito Natural Park. Take a 30-minute hike along the scenic river with lots of opportunities for spotting birds and flora along the way. Arrive at the grotto and waterfall, where you can jump into the fresh clean waters of a deep pool surrounded by high rock walls. Swim through the waterfall and into the cave behind for a magical experience. After some chill time and a picnic or snack lunch (not included) take a ride back to your casa particular, arriving around 3 pm.

Get ready for a fun night out, dancing salsa and partying on the Havana 'By Night' Tour! Walk down Obispo while you enjoy free live music before you arrive at the Malecon and get in the mood. Enjoy some street music and dancing, then head indoors to one of the great salsa bars and music clubs in Vedado. Explore with local Cuban guides as your chaperones, they will show you different options for the night, you can visit La Zorra y Cuervo, Jazz Café and the famous Fabrica de Arte. All are possible depending on your guide, and where the night takes you!
