Discover XCaret - Riviera Maya

Arrive into the Cancun Airport (CUN) and take the provided shuttle to Playa de Carmen and the group’s hotel, the 5* XCaret Hotel, the only all-inclusive resort in the Mayan Riviera that includes the fun. All facilities of the hotel, whose decoration references Mexican culture in every detail, were designed in eco-integrating architecture, keeping in mind that sustainability is more than a principle, it is a way of life.

Tonight we will meet at 6:30pm for drinks and dinner at Cantina Los Faroles. Travel back in time through deeply-rooted Mexican traditions, Gastro-Cantina will leave us with a taste of long ago through its mezcal and tequila tastings. Cantina Los Faroles has a traditional cantina environment and cuisine with the addition of steaks as center stage. On the ground floor, we can try traditional seasonings, reinterpreted with the today's freshness, including meat cuts cooked to our liking.

After breakfast, we board the shuttle for Xcaret Park, a water, theme, amusement, eco-archaeological park and more, in one place. With more than 50 incredible attractions there is something for everyone. Enjoy underground rivers, a beach area, a lagoon, and natural pools of seawater. Visit the Coral Reef Aquarium and the sea turtle center. Learn more about regional flora and fauna at the Butterfly Garden, the Aviary, the Rainforest Trail, and the Living Orchid and Bromeliad Museum. Additionally, in different sections of the park you will see jaguars, manatees, flamingos, spider monkeys and saraguato, bats, deer, and tapirs.

One of the main reasons to visit Xcaret is the presentation Xcaret Mexico Espectacular, an experience that will give us goosebumps. We can also enjoy the Papantla Flyers ceremony, the Equestrian Show, or the pre-Hispanic Dances in the Mayan Village. Do not miss the Mexican Folk Art Museum, the "Bridge to Paradise" Mexican Cemetery, and the Hacienda Henequenera.
Take a lunch break with Mexican cuisine and get to know more about the Mayan civilization up close, at the ancient Pole archaeological site.
Return to the hotel at your leisure, as the shuttle runs about every half hour. Tonight we will meet for dinner at one of the many hotel restaurants.

After breakfast, we shuttle to Xenses for a half day at this unique park. Enjoy sensorial experiences, along two circuits with aquatic, terrestrial and aerial activities, and more than 50 fantastic illusory scenarios. Walk through a village that will test your balance, explore different ecosystems in complete darkness, ride a waterslide that flows into the refreshing waters of a cave, fly like a bird on a zip line, float on a river of saline water, or relax in a warm river of clay. Walk the Xensatorium that will take you through different ecosystems in total darkness. Path of Feeling - A Matter of Logic, can give your sight a rest and trust in all your other senses, so they can guide you. You will discover that sometimes logic is more necessary than sight.

This afternoon it is time to check at our resort. Multiple pools, a lagoon, and river offer spots to take a dip, snorkel, or use the free kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. The ocean-view infinity pool with a swim-up bar is a favorite, as is the lagoon with its own stretch of sand and tropical fish. The oceanfront beach is long and lovely, kept natural with rocky areas. Loungers sit under umbrellas and flags designate the swimming conditions. Tennis courts and three gyms (a couple exclusive to certain buildings) are available, plus the hotel puts on free yoga, meditation, and Tai chi each day

The torches, a ring of fire, the jungle and the wonderful starry sky of the Mexican Caribbean are the perfect setting for an incredible night flying on zip-lines, illuminated by the fire of Xplor Fuego. Tonight we will drive amphibious vehicles through torch-lit paths, paddle with our own hands along “lava” rivers, and fly on the highest zip-lines of the Riviera Maya, flying above the trees in the middle of the night. At the end, we can delight ourselves with a delicious BBQ ribs buffet, fresh flavored waters, or just relax in front the campfire.

Travel in a luxury bus to one of the seven wonders of the modern world: Chichén Itzá, a complex of Mayan ruins. Visit one of the main archeological sites of the Mexican Caribbean and enter the enigmatic Mayan world. A massive step pyramid, known as El Castillo or Temple of Kukulcan, dominates the ancient city, which thrived from around 600 A.D. to the 1200s. Once in Chichén Itzá, a guide will take us to the main buildings while revealing some of the mysteries kept within it. Take a picture at the Pyramid of Kukulcan, the largest calendar in the world and where visual and acoustic phenomenon take place, such as the equinox Chichén

Our tour includes a visit to the Magical Town of Valladolid to view the Zací cenote and learn about its colonial architecture, the warmth of its people, and its rich history. Enjoy a buffet lunch at La Casona de Valladolid, an old restored estate where we will taste the highlights of Yucatan food.

Today is your day to choose a new park to visit or hang out at the resort. The choice is yours as this an All-Inclusive Resort and the fun is included.
Unleash your wild side in extreme adventures at Xavage Park. Whether you prefer adrenaline activities or something more peaceful, Xavage has an option for you. Enjoy an entertaining kayak ride, and overcome the challenges of a fun ropes course suspended in the air. Additionally, you have the option to choose between four adrenaline activities: driving an off-road vehicle on an exciting obstacle course, enjoying the speed of an unpredictable jet boat ride, flying horizontally on a zip-line, or taming the waters of the only rapids in the Riviera Maya.

Xel-Há is a natural park of incomparable beauty that provides everything from fun, snorkeling, food, relaxation, nature, breathtaking scenery and world-class service. Walk or bike through the trails of the jungle of this natural wonder. Enjoy a whole day snorkeling in the cove and in the river, and enjoy the view from the Scenic Lighthouse before descending into a natural pool. You can zip-line, swim among different species of fish, cross a fun floating bridge. In addition, all the food and drinks are include during your visit.
It's Fiesta Time at Xoximilco! Our fun begins with a typical Mexican welcome carnival, enjoy games like pin the tail on the donkey, marble games, dart throwing and much more. Let the floating fiesta begin! Framed by lush landscape and natural scenery that pays homage to Xochimilco of Mexico City, we board a colorful Mexican Gondola, in which our host will enthusiastically take us through the Park’s canals, while we enjoy an open bar with traditional Mexican cuisine. Feel the music by singing and dancing to the rhythms of ranchero, norteño, marimba music genres, and the cultural sound of Mariachi. What an unforgettable night, let out a shout of joy, “Viva Mexico!”

Have breakfast before taking the provided shuttle back to Cancun and the airport. Sad to say but our wonderful singles vacation comes to an end. Have a safe flight home.
