Day 1 : London (Southampton), England (Sunday: August 15, 2021 / 7:00Pm)

Location: Southampton

Southampton is a port city on England’s south coast. It’s home to the SeaCity Museum, with an interactive model of the Titanic, which departed from Southampton in 1912. Nearby, Southampton City Art Gallery specializes in modern British art. Solent Sky Museum features vintage aircraft like the iconic Spitfire. Tudor House & Garden displays artifacts covering over 800 years of history, including a penny-farthing bike.
Board the cruise ship, Celebrity Summit (12:00pm - 3:00pm)

Day At Sea (Monday: August 16, 2021)

Location: Southampton

Our first day at sea should be relaxing but lots of fun. So let's get to know each other using the interesting Conversation Starter questions. We never know what the question is or the unexpected answers from your fellow cruisers. Get to know our cruise ship this afternoon with a special Celebrity Summit photo scavenger hunt. This is a no rush hunt as you will have two hours to locate, photo and meet back to show us your photos.

Day 3 : Kirkwall, Orkney Isles (Tuesday: August 17, 2021 / 9:30Am - 4:30Pm)

Location: Kirkwall

This starkly beautiful island holds many ancient treasures like the mysterious Standing Stones of Stenness and the 5,000-year-old village of Skara Brae. Kirkwall, the capital of Orkney, for centuries was the capital of the Norse-held Nordreyjar – the Northern Isles. But that ended in 1469 when Christian I of Norway failed to pay the dowry promised to his son-in-law.
Shore Excursion: Island Tour (4 hours) - Travel through gentle rolling landscape into the Neolithic Heartland of Orkney; a World Heritage Site due to its wealth of pre-historic archaeology. Stop for photos at the Standing Stones of Stenness, and at the Ring of Brodgar, a ceremonial circle of stones dating back almost 5000 years. We continue on to the 5000-year-old village of Skara Brae to see the remarkable dwellings revealed from beneath the sand dunes. Also visit the nearby manor house of Skaill House, built in 1620 on top of an ancient graveyard before we continue our circular route and follow the coastline of Scapa Flow.
In Kirkwell we will visit both The Bishop’s and The Earl’s Palaces. The ancient Bishop's palace has a checkered history and little of the first-floor hall remains, but the ground level is largely intact. The Earl's palace was built around 1606 and it was declared at his trial that he used slave labor to build.

Day 4 : A Day At Sea(Wednesday, August 18, 2021)

Location: Kirkwall

Today is Paint Your Tote and Bingo day with the singles. Not only will you get a chance to win a prize but the Bingo cards are free. Bingo is exclusively for our singles group so start covering those numbers and see if you are a winner. If you can color then you will love painting a tote bag. And yes you get to keep the bag so get as creative as you like.

Day 5 : Akureyri, Iceland (Thursday: August 19, 2021 / 8:00Am - 5:00Pm)

Location: Akureyri

Nicknamed the Capital of North Iceland, Akureyri is an important port and fishing center. Akureyri is a very picturesque town with its location by a scenic fjord, eclectic building styles and streets winding their way through gorges. The area where Akureyri is located was settled in the 9th century but did not receive a municipal charter until 1786. The town was the site of Allied units during World War II.
Included Shore Excursion - Myvtan Day Tour (Full Day) - Explore the natural wonders of Northern Iceland on this full-day excursion. Enjoy spectacular views of Godafoss waterfall. This magnificent waterfall plays an important role in Icelandic history, particularly with the introduction of Christianity. Then we visit Lake Myvatn traveling through areas of extreme contrasts, bird life, flora, geothermal activity, geology and saga. The area of Lake Myvatn is considered by many to be the most beautiful and at the same time the most catastrophic place in Iceland. Marvel at natural wonders including the Dimmuborgir Lava formations and Hverir mud pools, visit Grotcaja cave, and see filming sites from hit TV show Game of Thrones.

Day 6 : Reykjavik, Iceland (Saturday: August 20, 2021 / 3:00Pm - )

Location: Reykjavík

Reykjavik, Iceland’s coastal capital, is renowned for the late-night clubs and bars in its compact center. It's home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. The striking concrete Hallgrimskirkja church and rotating Perlan glass dome offer sweeping views of the sea and nearby hills. Exemplifying the island’s dramatic landscape is the volcanic setting of the geothermal Blue Lagoon spa.
Included Shore Excursion - Reykjavík City Tour and Blue Lagoon (6 Hours) - Our morning city tour includes the most significant places of the world's most northern capital and surrounding towns. This is a detailed and comprehensive introduction to Reykjavik's past and present. During our guided tour Reykjavik's main attractions are highlighted on foot and by bus. The main landmarks, such as The Pearl, Hallgrímskirkja church, the National Museum of Iceland, the harbor and the famous 101 Reykjavik neighborhood are visited. We will drive through narrow streets with old timer houses, pass the university campus, the Nordic house, the Lutheran and Catholic cathedrals, the Parliament, the City Hall and Höfði house, where the Reagan/Gorbachev summit meeting took place in 1986.

The Blue Lagoon is a natural geothermal pool in the middle of a large and dramatic lava field and an oasis that owes its existence to a nearby geothermal power plant, looming large over the aqua tinted waters. Enjoy a refreshing bath or swim in the inviting, rejuvenating and pleasantly warm mineral-rich water (37°C-39°C/98-102°F), reputed for its healing properties. An indoor pool and geothermal sauna are also on the site. Bathing in this surreal environment is a unique experience no one should miss. The Blue Lagoon's warm water and natural active ingredients like mineral salts, silica and blue green algae help you relax.

Day 7 : Reykjavik, Iceland (Friday:August 21, 2021 / - 5:00Pm)

Location: Reykjavík

There's a good reason that Iceland is considered a photographer's dream destination. Its terrain is visually stunning, offering views of lava flows, hot springs, unspoiled nature – and colorful, fascinating cities like Reykjavik. The world's most northerly capital brings together quaint villages, exciting museums, a flourishing music scene and restaurants that rival Europe's finest. Included Shore Excursion - Grand Circle Tour (8 hours) - Our full day excursion includes many of the scenic natural wonders for which Iceland is justly renowned, such as Gullfoss waterfall, Geysir hot springs and Thingvellir National Park. We start with the highland plateau of Hellisheiði, large lava fields and steaming valleys then pass the greenhouse town of Hveragerði. Gain a unique insight into the processes of greenhouse horticulture and the use of geothermal heating with a visit to Friðheimar. Enjoy the special experience of entering a greenhouse with its fragrant tomato plants – and then sitting down to a feast of the famous and delicious Friðheimar tomato soup with freshly baked bread – with tomato plants all around. You might even like to raise a glass of tomato schnapps
Then we reach the geothermal active valley of Haukadalur which contains the geysers Geysir and Strokkur. Explore this otherworldly geothermal field covered with multicolored pools of water where hot springs are in abundance, geysers erupt and pools of mud bubble. Strokkur, the Great Geysir's little brother, is spouting to a height of about 82 ft and erupts in 5-7 minute intervals.

One of the Golden Circles many highlights is the Gullfoss waterfall, the queen of Iceland's waterfalls. We will walk around the Falls, where the river Hvitá tumbles 105 ft in a double cascade. When the sun is shining, we're likely to see a rainbow through the massive spray that forms.
Finally, but no less spectacular is a visit to the Þingvellir National Park (Thingvellir), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll around the country's most sacred site, home of the oldest existing parliament in the world, the Alþingi. Thingvellir, a place of fascinating natural beauty, is set on a vast plain flanked by large fissures, right in Iceland's largest lake, Thingvallavatn. The Great Atlantic rift is clearly visible; a rift that is slowly pulling Iceland apart along tectonic plates and you can literally walk between the American and Eurasian continental plates.

Day At Sea (Sunday: August 22, 2021)

Location: Reykjavík

Time for our famous Jewelry making session at sea. Every cruise has its own charms and beads that make your jewelry designs one of a kind. Create bracelets, earings, key chains and more. They are the perfect souvenir for yourself or to give as a gift.
Then it's an afternoon of fun and games. Let's play cards, mahjong or scrabble. Bring your favorite game to share or let's see what's onboard.

Day 9 : Prins Christians Sund

Location: Prins Christians Sund

The transit of the Prince Christian Sound is one of the highlights of cruising Greenland. A journey along the passage offers an up-close look at glaciers, icebergs towering over the narrow channel with their spires and jagged ridges. The 66-mile sound separates the mainland and Cape Farewell Archipelago, islands under the southern edge of the massive Greenland Ice Sheet, which covers 80 percent of the island. The sound is narrow, sometimes as little as 1500 feet across, and numerous glaciers reach the sea on its shores, calving icebergs into the sound. High, barren and sharply defined peaks tower on both sides. The remote route is accessible by ship only during the summer months, when warmer temperatures reduce the chance of ice blockages around the entrance. Aappilattoq, an Inuit town with about 100 residents, is the only settlement and the only other sign of a human presence is a remote weather station constructed by the United States during the Cold War.

Day 10 : Qaqortoq, Greenland

Location: Qaqortoq

Qaqortoq is a town in southern Greenland, set within a system of fjords. The town center is home to 18th-century colonial buildings and a landmark fountain. Qaqortoq Museum features displays about Greenlandic culture. Qaqortoq is to be explored by foot, and when strolling through the colourful town, be attentive of stone carvings, made by the famous south greenlandic artist Aka Høegh and fellow Nordic artists. Explore ancient inuit culture and vanished ages at the local museum of Qaqortoq. From Lake Tasersuaq, trails lead through rugged mountains to the old Norse settlement of Igaliku. To the southeast, the hot springs at Uunartoq sit beside a bay dotted with icebergs.

Included Shore Excursion: Guided Landscape Hike (2 hours) - Qaqortoq is best seen on foot and our local guide will show us the beautiful Greenland landscape. Qaqortoq is heavily vegetated, as the arctic sun is warmer, down south. View the colorful plains and mountains as we walk near lake Tasersuaq, located right outside the town. “Storesøen” means “the great lake” in Greenlandic and it does play a vital part in everyday life of the locals in Qaqortoq. It is a great place to fish Arctic char, a wonderful lake for swimming or kayaking, and the source of the tap water in Qaqortoq.

Day 11 : A Day At Sea (Wednesday, August 25, 2021)

Location: Qaqortoq

Sleep late, rise early. No singles group activities planned except meeting for dinner tonight. Today is your day to do nothing or everything the cruise has to offer.

Day 12 : A Day At Sea (Wednesday, August 26, 2021)

Location: Qaqortoq

Last chance to get lucky this morning! It is Bingo time just for the singles group. All you need to do is show up and cover a few numbers.
After 12 days together let's see how well you know your fellow cruisers. This afternoon we will play the game Been There - Done That. Let's see if you can guess correctly the number of people who have been there or done that.

Day 13 : Halifax, Nova Scotia (Thursday: August 27, 2021 / 10:30Am - 7:30Pm)

Location: Halifax

Halifax, an Atlantic Ocean port in eastern Canada, is the provincial capital of Nova Scotia. A major business center, it’s also known for its maritime history. The city’s dominated by the hilltop Citadel, a star-shaped fort completed in the 1850s. Waterfront warehouses known as the Historic Properties recall Halifax’s days as a trading hub for privateers, notably during the War of 1812.
Included Shore Excursion: Halifax City and Peggy’s Cove Tour - Our tour will highlight Halifax, the largest city east of Montreal and the capital of Nova Scotia. Founded in 1749 to protect British interests in North America, Halifax is steeped in maritime history. Our driving tour will take us by the city’s most well-known buildings and landmarks such as the Titanic Cemetery, City Gardens, Pier 21, and the Halifax Farmers Market.
Enjoy a scenic, one hour drive to Peggy’s Cove, a picturesque fishing village nestled on the rocky shoreline of St. Margaret's Bay. Our local guide will point out notable sights, landmark, and scenic views along the way. After an informative overview of Peggy's Cove, there will be time to explore this small fishing village. Spend time climbing over the rocks, sipping on a coffee, or snap a selfie in front of the most photographed lighthouse in the world.

Day 14 : A Day At Sea(Friday, August 28, 2021)

Location: Halifax

Our final day at sea together. Time to finish your jewelry projects, make any last minute purchases, take any last minue photos and to enjoy the calm of the sea as tomorrow is disemabarkment day. Get your luggage packed then enjoy our Farewell Dinner together.
