This is actually a review...

This is actually a review for on behalf of myself and my wife, Fiona and Barry, who visited Romania between July 15th and 26th. We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived at the airport to when we were brought back. It's a beautiful country and the organisation was excellent. Guides all arrived on time and were very friendly, informative and knowledgeable, from Gigi(?) who collected us from the airport to Marius who delivered out rental car and guided us on our walking tour of Bucharest on the last day. Thanks to Alex and all the team. Highly recommended!!!

We did the trip to the fortified churches and so glad we did as this ended up being a real highlight of our time in Transylvania, Peter was a wonderful guide, interesting and with a whole host of information at his fingertips and it made such a difference to bringing the whole thing alive with the history, stories etc. Churches themselves were wonderful to see and such an interesting slice of history here. Highly recommend.

We had two good experiences...

08-Aug-2018

We had two good experiences with Carpathian Travel; we arrived late and were short on booking time to get on to tours. Carpathian Travel were very helpful as we went back a few times trying to decide on the best tour and travel method to choose. Eventually, they got us onto a tour of our choice and then our second delight was our guide Alex Stanulet. Alex was funny, charming, relaxed and informative. A most enjoyable day. We did the Bierta. Malancrav, Sighisoara day trip!

This place and the customer...

25-Oct-2022

This place and the customer advisor, Name Georgie deserves all the accolades. Georgie a young girl but very knowledgeable with great friendly attitude. Always smiling . She will get up and come up to you where the front reception is. She loves her job. She does this while studying. As I was a single traveller, she found for me a couple who were travelling to Alba lullia etc. so I could also travel with them. Next found a place for me to go Brasov. Not enough words to describe Georgie’s pleasant nature. I would go and say Buna Dimineata if I was passing by. Ps. I went to information office which is near bridge of lies. This office officially is closed but Georgie comes 3 days a week. ( infor as 1st week Oct)
