Armenia is located on the average height of 1800 m. above sea. The terrain is mountainous and very diverse from lash green valleys to alpine meadows, towering snow-covered peaks and mountain lakes make this county a heaven for hikers. Hiking trails are different from each other, one can expect walk in the red rock valley, hike to extinct volcano with a lake in crater, walk in a pine-tree forest along water reservoir and up to 4000 m. peak climb.

Day 1 : Hike To Khosrov State Reserve, Visit Garni Pagan Temple
Location: Havuts Tar Monastery Complex, Garni Historical and Cultural Museum-Reservation, Symphony of Stones

On day 1 after meeting your guide ate hotel and tour briefing you will head to Garni Village, where the first day trail-head is. Start hike trough village to Azat river Canyon where you will see huge basalt hexagon rocks forming an imaginary organ. This is where the name Symphony of Stones came. Continue hike to Havuts Tar Monastery located in Khosrov State Reserve. Hike back to village and visit Garni Pagan Temple, the only standing example of Hellenistic culture in the region. Evening back to city for rest and overnight.
Day 2 : Angels Canyon Walk

Start the day with a drive to Vedi town where a couple of kilometers far red and yellow rock canyon opens in front of you. Hike in the canyon admire the nature, some centuries old snails can be found as this place was covered by water back to pre-Christian times. End the day in Yeghegnadzor town, enjoy leisurely calm evening in a small town, and observe the local life.
Day 3 : Spitakavor Monastery Hike
Location: Spitakavor, Vernashen

This day you start gaining elevation as mountainous terrain is on. Hike to Speitakavor Monastery from Vernashen village, here the roughest and maybe the most beautiful sceneries await you. The trail is moderate and there are some climbing parts. If you are lucky enough you can observe wildlife, Bezoar Goats registered in the read book are often morning guests in this mountains. Evening back to hotel for rest and overnight.
Day 4 : Extinct Volcano Like And Cheese Family Farm Visit
Location: Orbelian Caravanserai, Mount Armaghan, Mikayelyan Family Farm, Dilijan

This day is dedicated to Armaghan mountain hike. The road to Armaghan passes through the section of The Great Silk Road and Orbelian Caravanserai is must visit spots. This is 12th century overnight house for the merchants of middle ages, unchanged since then like frozen in time. Here in the highest point of Vardenyats Mountain Pass breathtaking views on the cascading views open. Continue to to hike Armaghan Mount, extinct volcano which has a lake in crater. Down from mountain visit a small family cheese farm to taste unique cheeses aged in wine and brandy. Continue drive to along Lake Sevan, one of the highest freshwater lakes located on 1900m above sea. The day ends in DIlijan where our hotel is located.
Day 5 : Hidden Waterfall Hike
Location: Lastiver Campground, Dsegh

Morning drive to Enokavan village where the hiking trailhead is. Start hiking to the deep canyon in the bottom of which the waterfall located. The unforgettable path passes through forest located on the edge of bottomless canyon. Reach waterfall take a breath, enjoy packed lunch, additionally you can try a herbal tea served in the campsite. Hike back to Enokavan where Yell Extreme park is located, which provides number of activities including zip-line, horse riding, rope park. You will have free time in case you want to take some activity (optional). Evening drive to another scenic village of Armenia Dsegh.
Day 6 : Rural Trail Hike
Location: Tumanyan, Dsegh

This day trail passes from Tumanyan to Dsegh village, in the beautiful canyon of Debed River, which accompanies the trail all the time. The trail provides serenity and views on the villages scattered around, some Soviet architecture half ruined buildings, St. Gregory church and Armenian traditional khachkars (cross stones) to be seen during the hike.
Day 7 : Water Reservoir Loop

After fresh coffee take a drive to Aragatsotn region․ Aparan Reservoir loop will be today's hiking trail. The territory is cut from towns and villages and provides absolute silence and serenity. Evergreen pine tree forest seasonal field flowers, towering snow-covered peaks of Mount Aragats and birdsong makes this spot ideal for walking and admiring the nature. Enjoy your packed lunch in the nature. Visit St. Pauls and Peters Church which is under water several months when the reservoir is full after spring snow-melt. Evening drive to Yerevan to have a rest before Aragats hike almost 4000 m above sea.
Day 8 : Aragats Souther Summit Climb

After early wake up and breakfast drive to Stone Lake on the slopes of Aragats Munt et altitude of 3185m. above sea. Till mid July the road goes through a flower covered meadows and ends with snow-walls leading to the lake. Here start hiking to the southern summit 3890 m. At the top you will be rewarded by the views on extinct volcano crater and Mount Ararat on clear days.
Day 9 : Yerevan City Walk, Brandy Tasting
Location: Yerevan, Cascade Complex, ARARAT museum, Republic Square

The last day of the tour is dedicated to Yerevan, a pink city built of pink local volcanic stone named tuf. The history of the city goes back to 782 B.C. The city is vibrant with lots of theatres, museums, small, parks, open air cafes, bars and pubs. During your walking tour you will visit Cascade Complex, State Opera House, Republic square. Visit ARARAR Brandy factory for excursion and brandy tasting. Enjoy your evening and be prepared for farewell dinner to sum up the trip with your guide and group-mates.
