From Salt Lake City this trips heads straight into the welcoming arms of mother nature, where you'll marvel at the peaks of Grand Teton before heading into the world’s first -and arguably greatest - national park: Yellowstone. In this spectacular wilderness you’ll chase waterfalls, hike winding trails and search for geysers. You’ll get two full days of adventures in Yellowstone, before your trip ends back in Salt Lake City. This is a camping trip, so you’ll be as close to nature as possible - permits all included.

Welcome to Salt Lake City! After meeting and greeting with your Contiki crew today, we're headed into the welcoming arms of Mother Nature.
The Grand Tetons Mountain Range rises above a scene rich with abundant wildlife, pristine lakes, and spectacular mountain peaks. Take a walk to Inspiration Point or enjoy a scenic stroll around Jenny Lake while gazing up in awe at the surrounding landscape. Have a picnic, try and spot a moose or two on the horizon, and soak up all that serenity.
Day 2: Grand Teton National Park To Yellowstone National Park

We're headed from Grand Teton today towards somewhere arguably even more spectacular.
Welcome to the world’s first National Park: a hushed mountain wilderness, home to grizzly bears, wolves, and herds of buffalo and elk - as well as canyons, glaciers, waterfalls and volcanoes. Visit Old Faithful and the Grand Prismatic Pool, Yellowstone Canyon, and explore geysers throughout both the North and South loop. With your expert local guide, you'll know exactly where to find all the hotspots.
Day 3: Yellowstone National Park

Rise and shine - we've got more adventures to discover in Yellowstone today. Continue to discover Yellowstone with your guide. Go on hikes ranging from easy to moderate and 2 to 5 miles (3 to 8 km) in length, and see more spectacular volcanic features. Your guide will tailor walks to your group’s abilities and interests.
Day 4: Yellowstone National Park To Salt Lake City

Get up close and personal with some wildlife with a fun and educational visit to the Yellowstone Grizzly Bear and Wolf Discovery Center this morning.
This afternoon head back to Salt Lake City for your drop off at the Crystal Inn Hotel downtown at approx 4pm.
