Day 1 : Los Angeles

Location: Los Angeles

Welcome. Transfer to hotel and free time. You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.

Day 2 : Los Angeles

Location: Los Angeles

Meals Included: Breakfast

After breakfast we included a panoramic tour of this extensive city. Tour including music center, civic center and financial center, via LA Live & Staples Center. We continue along Wilshire Boulevard, heading west of the city, past the Korean Quarter and the Brea Ditch to reach Beverly Hills. Continue on Sunset Boulevard to reach Hollywood and find the Walk of Fame with its thousands of stars, the Dolby Theater, Chinese Theater and the Hollywood sign. Free time to walk and have lunch. Late in the afternoon, we include a transfer to Long Beach, where palm trees mix with the glass buildings, we will have some time in Shoreline Village to walk and dine in their lively restaurants across the Queen Mary transatlantic.

Day 3 : Los Angeles, Las Vegas

Location: Las Vegas

We left Los Angeles and headed to Las Vegas, Nevada. Arrival and in the afternoon we include a tour of Downtown and the famous Strip, the avenue where the hotels, casinos and shows that have turned this city into an authentic theme park for adults. At night we will optionally offer Night of Lights in Las Vegas.Note: this stage can operate on a regular line bus.

Day 4 : Las Vegas, Grand Canyon , Flagstaff

We left early to Arizona, stop at SELIGMAN, located in the historic Route 66, before continuing to the COLORADO CANYON. One of the great natural wonders of the world and symbol of the American West. Arrival mid-morning, entrance included to the park. With our guide and on our bus, we will visit the Bright Angel View Point, and then the Mather Point, impressive viewpoints more than 2000 meters above the river. Optionally, passengers can take an excursion by plane. At the end of the afternoon, transfer to the hotel.

Day 5 : Flagstaff, Las Vegas

After breakfast we leave for Nevada, passing by the Hoover Dam on our way, we will observe from the bus (without stopping), and stop for lunch. Then we continue to LAS VEGAS.In the afternoon, we include transportation to one of the city’s most popular outlets. Free night to attend one of the shows: Concerts, theaters or the wonderful Cirque Du Soleil.

Day 6 : Las Vegas

Day 7 : Las Vegas, Chicago

At the time informed by the guide, we will make a transfer to the airport to catch a domestic flight included in your trip. On arrival at destination we will give you another hotel transfer. Your guide will contact you at the end of the afternoon or you can consult the information in your hotel reception. Note: remember that on domestic flights, the luggage normally allowed is one suitcase of up to 23 kg in the hold. Passengers must pay for all excess luggage directly to the airline.At the aftermoon, transfer to Millennium Park and the famous The Loop neighborhood with its theaters and spectacular neon lights. Time for dinner and free. Accommodation.

Day 8 : Chicago

After breakfast, we include a panoramic visit. On our tour we will see the most important points of the city: The New Millennium Park, the Sears Tower, Grant Park, the famous The Loop elevated train, Downtown, the Museum Campus that houses the Adler Planetarium, The Field Museum of Natural History and the Shedd Aquarium. We will cross the bridges over the Chicago River and see a panoramic view of the city from the lake. Rest of the morning free to walk the city center or admire the general panoramic view from the Willis Tower. Free time for lunch and to see Navy Pier. At the time of its construction in 1916 it was the largest pier in the world; today it has been converted into the heart of the city´s leisure activities. Optionally, you can take the famous water tours that will take you through the beautiful Chicago River, recognizing the varied and impressive architecture that this beautiful city shows us. Day 9 : Chicago, Cleveland

We left early for Cleveland. Arrival in the late afternoon and free time to visit the Art Museum, Little Italy, with its exquisite restaurants or to walk Downtown. In the evening we suggest dining on the pleasant Calle 4 and Euclid Avenue. Accommodation.

Day 10 : Cleveland, Niagara Falls

After breakfast, we include a brief panoramic tour of the city. We suggest visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, an authentic icon of American culture, where we are shown the evolution of this rhythm, from its origins to the present. After lunch, we leave for Niagara Falls, arriving in the late afternoon. Accommodation.

Day 11 : Niagara Falls

After breakfast, we set out for Niagara Falls, starting with “Goat Island” where we will have a close up view of the Rapids and the Horsetail and embark on the “Maid of the Mist”, small boat that takes us to the bottom of the famous waterfalls. In the afternoon, we visit one of the most famous Outlets in the city. Return to our hotel. Note: The Maid of the Mist does not operate from October to March, due to the weather conditions.

Day 12 : Niagara Falls, Corning, New York

After breakfast, we will leave for NEW YORK. We will stop at Corning, famous for housing the largest collection of glass objects in the world. Those interested will be able to visit the spectacular museum, continuing to New York.

Day 13 : New York

Location: New York

After breakfast, a panoramic tour of the city seeing higher, middle and lower Manhattan. We will visit Wall Street, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Central Park, Columbus Circle, the AOL/ Time Warner Building, the famous Village, Little Italy and Battery Park (with the panoramic image of the Statue of Liberty). In the evening, we include a transfer to Times Square, the real heart of the city, with Broadway’s musicals and its spectacular lights. Note: If the confirmed hotel is in the Times Square area, no additional transfer is provided.

After breakfast, departure to the beginning of the visit of Washington D.C. We begin the view of the city, first we see the Pentagon on our way en route, with photographic stop at the Iwo Jima Memorial, both in Virginia. We will continue with stops at the Lincoln, Korea and Vietnam Memorial; We visit the John F Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, then we will make a photo stop at the White House and finally we will border the Capitol, ending in the museum area of Washington. In the afternoon, we go on a boat trip on the River Potomac to see some of the main landmarks of the city. After the trip, we return to the hotel. In the evening, we take an optional tour of Washington by night and then return to our accommodation. We had a fantastic trip with EuropaMundo. We visited France, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco and Spain. Gonzalo our guide was incredibly knowledgable and friendly, gave us a fantastic tour throughout the whole trip. We learned about history, art, culture and much more. He kept us entertained, was happy to answer all of our questions, also offered recommendations of things to do, see and places to eat during the tour. Also want to thank our drivers Narciso and Olivier both did a fantastic job driving us safe. Money and time well invested. Highly recommended.

I want to let you guys know your tour guides were excellent Frey, Julie and Alba was very professional. Also hotels in Spain quite clean. Only think you guys need to improve on giving accurate times guides bus because told 8:30 am because told I would little more accurate timings of the tour. I was wondering if guys tours in Greece or Israel plan another vacation next year asking if guys have any tours available in Greece or Israel.

Just finished a 3 week tour not do long ago. Most of it was great, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Except for 1 tour guide (Maria). First of she and the driver was over an hour late to our hotel to pick every one up, which is fair enough, unexpected things happen. Then I thought that everyone was punished due to them being late. We were rushed everywhere we went. She made us pay for a toilet only to walk us down to the city centre to only allow us 45 minutes to find a restaurant to have so called lunch at around 3:00pm. Then we drove for at least 6 hours with very little breaks, not even to allow everyone to have toilet breaks. I would recommend eurpomando but not Maria as a tour guide. Every other tour guide we had were fantastic.

We are three from the Philippines and were set to tour the Czech Republic (June 10). Overall, the tour was satisfactory except we would like to suggest giving more time to the highlights of each city. For instance, we were able to see the exterior of Versailles - but even if we wanted to get in to see more of its beauty, we could not as we were pressured by time to be at the meeting place at a certain point. That is exactly what happened to us during our Eiffel Tower experience as well. The Louvre museum was optional but we finished the cruise at 3:00 PM and the museum would close at 5:00 PM. This schedule was literally just like a tick the box list. Another important thing I would like to say is regarding William or Guillermo. He was our tour guide on June 12 from Pilsen to Germany. We understand that this is a group tour and that time is a big factor such that our punctuality is required. But it is also inevitable that sometimes you get late, you can get lost, but that was not intentional. That is exactly what happened to us, we got lost in Rothenburg and caused us to be late, meters away from the bus, he was yelling at us at the peak of his lungs. Very discourteous and very unethical! He was unlike other guides. Not to mention that he is not so knowledgeable in the topics he was discussing, again, unlike the other tour guides. To think that he has been doing his job for several years “with passion”, it was such a disappointment. His attitude did not show any passion for his work.

We had an incredible time visiting Switzerland and Paris, and there was no need to worry about anything. The organization was perfect, and the hotels were booked and all this was at a resonable cost. But an issue arose with an extremely rude and unpleasant driver(Andres) for one of the days, who abruptly slammed the brakes on a high-speed bus because he was angry at kids talking. This could have been very dangerous for the passengers also. Would have given 5 stars if it wasbt for the driver

Terrible agency, total scammers. Booked a trip to Europe and didn’t received what was promised. We didn’t have free time (10-30 min in most cases) the whole trip felt rushed, we ate at every gas stations in Europe, not restaurants , we had to drag mas suitcases, couldn’t watch a show/performance because we had to book it advance and according to them this was included until we got to the places and they said “we couldn’t book the show” money was returned. This is false advertisement. Hotels were pure garbage, at some point we found bugs in our bed. To many lies, to many scams, I hated the whole thing. Our group was a gem, they handpicked the most annoying people ever and had to be together from 6 am until 12 pm in the mornings, we couldn’t visit or watch anything in Europe because we were busy 12 h on a bus crossing borders, so what they put in the paper example: “The alps” was literally the view of the alps from a bus, never visited anything that was stated in the world. We were to supposed to visit Switzerland, one of the bests countries and most beautiful places on earth but we were there 1 h, San Sebastián Spain 10 min, what the hell is that? Tourist guides are terrible, while on the bus they won’t tell you the history. We visited France and stayed ij burdeaux (for some reason burdeaux was included but never saw it. Nasty hotels in the middle of nowhere , felt like I was working the whole trip

Poorly organized tours - no...

Poorly organized tours - no continuity or directions to people on tours. Drivers and guides are often late and, while nice people, are also very disorganized with little support from the home office. We are missing our Versailles tour because the bus driver did not show up. One hotel had no water for the entire hotel. The company is about churning as many people through their tours than providing quality experiences. I plan to report them through our travel agent to prevent more people from using them.

I had travelled with Europamundo twice back in 2013 and 2014. This year I decided to repeat a trip with them (Prague-Budapest-Vienna-Innsbruck). In the last 10 years I’ve done about 10 trips to Europe, but this time I decided to go back with them so I could worry less about transportation, hotels, guided tours, etc. I regret so much going with them. After spending about $20K on this trip my vacation got totally ruined by Europamundo. I am never traveling with Europamundo ever again. Rest of my review in screenshots attached...

The absolute worst. They do not follow the itinerary provided. When we arrived in Versailles, tickets are sold out since instead of morning, they changed it to 3-4pm where all the tickets are sold out. Whole day wasted. Most of the museums/sights they state in their itinerary, they will just bring you there, entrance fee is not included. They will only bring you to free places, so just be aware that you will not be getting your money’s worth. Bus is ALWAYS late, today our meetup time is 7:45am, the bus arrived 8:25am, since they had to pick up other guest from a totally different hotel. They frequently change buses, it is a hit or miss. There are times where the airconditioner is good, leg space is acceptable. There are also times, they would rent a bus from a different company, where it is very cramped. Guide: they know the basics but not the nitty gritty details. For example they would just point you “Oh this is blah building, without any further explanation.” Hotels are mostly 4 star hotels with really shitty customer service. Once I had a room (cant remember the hotel in Lyon, France) assigned to me where the room has not been cleaned up. GROSS. One of the other hotel (Dormero Hotel, Zurich), did not have a reception staff at night, so when we were a defective bath tub, we had no one to complain to.
