The sight of dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of palm-shaded Galana River is one of the most evocative images in Africa. These, along with the 300 kilometre long Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world, make for an adventure unlike any other in the Tsavo East. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippos, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species.

Day 1 : Mombasa/Diani/Malindi-Tsavo East National Park
Location: Tsavo East National Park

Pick up and drive along the Mombasa – Nairobi road to the Tsavo East national park through Bachuma gate. Game drive in the park in search of the Big Five, Buffalo, Giraffe, Cheetah, Leopard, Ostrich and a myriad species of game and birdlife , Later proceed and check-in at Ngutuni Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive on the trails of the Big Five with magnificent views of the African sunset. Dinner and overnight at Ngutuni Lodge.
Day 2 : Tsavo East – Tsavo West National Park
Location: Tsavo West National Park
Accommodation: Lodge, ngulia safari lodge
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Early morning game drive before breakfast. The splendour of an African sunrise that engulfs the savanna can be experienced as we traverse the vast park in search of the early grazers and hunters. Return for breakfast. After breakfast, you will Check out and drive to Tsavo West National park. You will Visit the Rhino sanctuary before Check-in at Ngulia Safari lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, you will embark on an afternoon game drive that includes a visit to shetani lava flow point. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari lodge.
Day 3 : Tsavo West – Mombasa/Diani/Malindi
Location: Mzima Springs
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch
Pre-breakfast game drive when nature is at its best. Return to lodge for breakfast. Check-out for a mid-morning game drive with a visit to Mzima Springs en-route. Disembark to marvel at the underground source of sparkling clear waters and the surrounding greenery to view hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish and unique migratory birds. Exit the park and drive back to Mombasa with lunch en route at lion hill restaurant. After lunch continue with your drive arriving Mombasa late in the afternoon
