Passing the Trekkers Aid Post at Pheriche(4240 m) volunteered by western doctors, we reach Chukpo Lari after a short and steep climb which is beautiful, yet heart touching the place that has an array of memorials in tribute to the climbers who died during Everest expedition. The memorials make you realize the vastness of what Hillary and Tenzing achieved in 1953. After furthermore walk, we will reach Lobuche.
