Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival

Day 2 : Hanoi – Pu Luong: trekking – Cooking class - Small group tour
Location: Pu Luong Nature Reserve

07:00 AM: pick up from hotel. Leaving traditional Hanoi and start your trip to depart for Pu Luong.
12:00 PM: Upon arrival, visit Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Have lunch at local restaurant.
01:30 PM: 10km trekking course. You will explore Kho Muong, an isolated village surrounded by a valley and the largest cave in Pu Luong, using off-road trails via streams and mountains, then head to scenic Bang village to discover remote houses with beautiful terrace fields.
05:00 PM: Return to hotel for dinner and leisure time. (Recommend add-on: Cooking class).

Day 3 : Pu Luong: water rafting – Hanoi - Small group tour

08:30 AM: pick up at hotel for today water adventure experiences.
08:45 AM: 2.5km walk crossing a suspension bridge, admiring to seek the giant water wheels. Arrive at Chieu Lau dam to embark on a bamboo rafting experience; you will paddle the raft upstream with locals. 10:00 AM: Embark last 2km trek through stunning landscape of rice fields and ethnic village life before completing the loop trail.
11:30 AM: Return to hotel, have lunch and prepare
01:00 PM: transfer back to Hanoi.
06:00-06:30 PM: arrive at hotel in Hanoi. Leisure time exploring the city night life.

Day 4 : Hanoi– full day Ha Long Bay cruise – Sharing tour
Location: Hanoi, Hạ Long Bay

8.15-8.50: Get picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater/ Opera House to depart for Halong Bay.
Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway (about a 2.5-hour drive)
12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat to start the excursion discovering the beauty of the world heritage site
12:30: Enjoy set menu lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay
14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites
14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong bay
16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the boat is cruising back to the harbor
17.45: Arrive back at the harbor. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi
20:30: Get dropped off at the hotel. Tour ends.

Day 5 : Hanoi departure – Da Nang arrival – Half day city – Hoi An – Private tour

Welcome to Da Nang – most living-worthy beach city. You will be picked up by our tour guide and driver to start our half day city tour. Our first stop is the Son Tra Radar Station, a historic site atop Son Tra Mountain, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Da Nang and the East Sea. Capture stunning photos of the landscape and learn about its significance during the Vietnam War. Next, we'll visit the helicopter pad, providing an excellent vantage point to admire nearby beaches and the surrounding scenery. This strategic location served various purposes during the war and offers a unique perspective of the area.
We'll head to a local restaurant in Da Nang city to savor the local specialties and delve deeper into Da Nang’s cuisine.
Continue the journey to Ban Co Peak, where you'll breathe in the fresh mountain air and marvel at the views of Da Nang city, the ocean, and lush forests below. Named after a large flat rock resembling a chessboard, this spot is perfect for nature lovers and photographers alike. Then, we can't miss Linh Ung Pagoda in the stunning Son Tra Peninsula. This majestic Buddhist temple is renowned for its tranquil ambiance, intricate architecture, and vibrant colors. The towering Lady Buddha statue, emanating peace and serenity, is a highlight of the pagoda.
18:00 PM: Transfer to your hotel in Hoi An for check in.

Day 6 : Hoi An – Half-day traditional handicraft villages – Small group tour

1:30 PM: picked up at hotel and start with Thanh Ha pottery village: visit temples, museums with exhibitions, learn about history, and experience pottery-making activities.
Continue the journey, we will visit Kim Bong Carpentry Village. Entering the village, surprised by the constant sound of chisels and cuts. The villagers have most likely grown accustomed to hearing these noises. Visit carpentry workshops and observe how artisans work to create intricately carved products. Here you can opt in for a bicycle ride, discover what it takes to work on a farm, or take in the picture-perfect lifestyle of the villagers.
Move to Tra Que Vegetable Village, experience what it's like to be a real farmer by visiting this traditional vegetable village and taking part in farm tasks like tilling, watering, fertilizing, and picking vegetables. With Tra Que lagoon and De Vong River encircling, the village is blessed with rich soil and fresh air- ideal for agricultural.
Enjoy dinner at local restaurant.
5.30 PM: transfer back to hotel.

Day 7 : Hoi An – Half day Cham Island walking underwater experiences – Sharing tour

Day 8 : Hoi An departure – Saigon arrival – Half day city – Private tour

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh city, also known as Saigon. You will be picked up by our tour guide and driver to start our half day city tour. Visit to Cho Lon (Big Market) and Thien Hau Pagoda which is located in China Town. Continue to Bach Dang harbor. After checking in the waterbus tickets, and stabilizing your seat, the boat will start to depart. During the trip, you will have a unique view of the most typical commercial buildings of the city including the Vinhomes Central Park urban area, the magnificent Landmark 81 tower, the Bitexco Financial Tower, the green peaceful District 2. A lot of stunning moments are waiting for you. Try to discover the soul of this land - Saigon River by water bus, maybe you will realize many miracles, a more accurate view of the land once called Paris of Indochina or the Pearl of the Far East.
18:00 PM: Transfer back your hotel for check in.

Day 9 : Saigon - Full day Mekong delta and Cu Chi tunnel – Small group tour

Pick up at your hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. The trip to Cu Chi will take you an approximately one and a half-hour bus drive. Before exploring the tunnels, you will watch an introductory video about how the tunnels were made and how Vietnamese people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining areas and tunnel system which include special living areas with kitchens and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for the security purpose during the war. Afterwards, special tea and cassava (guerrillas’ food during the war) will be served. Break time.
Have lunch at the local restaurant.
Continue to visit My Tho city. With boat trip on Tien River, you will be excited by the light breeze from the river and the natural beauty of four beautiful islands such as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise along the riverside. Cruise through the small canal by sampan, treating yourself to the beauty of the countryside, and taking a short cycling around the village which will certainly be an unforgettable experience when participating in the Mekong Delta tour. Visit the coconut candy workshop, and enjoy seasonal delicious fruits & honey tea. Get a chance to listen to the Southern Vietnamese folk music which is performed by local people.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 10 : Saigon – Bus to Phnom Penh

In the morning, take a journey through the captivating city of Phnom Penh with a local guide. Explore the highlights of the city's turbulent history: Tuol Sleng Museum, Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. First Visit the stunning Royal Palace and witness the grandeur and magnificence of the Silver Pagoda, adorned with highly polished silver walls, Italian marble floors, exquisite gold carvings and intricate diamond designs that glisten with every ray of light. After that Climb the steps to the Wat Phnom Temple and join locals and foreigners alike in praying for good luck and prosperity. Lastly, Learn the darker sides of Cambodian history with the Tuol Sleng Museum which provide an in-depth look into some of the darker periods of Cambodian history. Tour ends around 12h30pm and we take you back to your hotel for a rest.
In the afternoon at around 5pm, you will be picked up our tour guide and the unique vehicle tuk tuk to start our night street food tour. Enjoy a delicious evening on this food tour of Phnom Penh by tuk-tuk. Discover tantalizing traditional dishes, explore the Russian Market, and finish with a local craft beer or cocktail.

Day 12 : Phnom Penh departure – Bus to Siem Reap

How to get visa approval letter?
You can get visa approval letter via email (attached with entry-and-exit form), then print out and finally fill out the form. The package includes 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm and visa approval letter, then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports or border gate. Instead of applying directly for a visa at the embassies of Vietnam, we can assist you for any visa-related services, from visa on arrival to urgent visa. Just send us your information, we can take care of the visa procedure upon your arrival at the following airports: Hanoi, Danang, Saigon at around 7 days for processing. Moreover, we can obtain for you a visa authorization processed by the Immigration Ministry in Hanoi. Please contact us at cocontact@grayline.vn for further information.

How to get visa on arrival/ visa stamp?
There are 2 places to get Visa: at the Vietnamese diplomatic offices or possibly at the border gates to those who have written invitation by a Vietnamese competent agencies or tourists in the tours organized by Vietnamese international travel companies. Especially, if you would like to enter Vietnam through an international border gate to travel on Phu Quoc Island and stay there for less than 15 days will also be exempted from Vietnam visa application. Passports must be valid for at least 45 days. Important note: Please be aware that visa on arrival in Vietnam means visa stamped on arrival. You must get visa approval by Vietnam Immigration office in advance. Upon arrival to Vietnam International Airports (Hanoi, Da Nang or Hochiminh), you present all things in the prepared package (passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm, the entry-and-exit form and stamping fee) to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamped. You need to pay stamping fee about $25 for single entry and $50 for multiple entry visa.

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
We allow one date change prior 30 days arrival. Once these documentations are issued, any changes thereafter will be $50 per change and for re-issuance of any vouchers. Additional charges for the re-issuance of air tickets will be applied. When dates are changed on these packages, prices may vary depending on the day of travel and airline class of service booked, which is determined by airline seat availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. Note: The amendment service charges stated above are in addition to the applicable cancellation charges.

Are there any notification relating to the passport and visa?
It is the responsibility of individual travelers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport which must be valid for more than 6 months after the return date of travel. Can I cancel my booking?
We understand that you probably get some accidental things and must postpone or even cancel the trip. We provide the very flexible policy of cancellation. For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, while a Client/Agent loses its deposit as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by us but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent shall be liable to pay those charges to us or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be. For NO-SHOWS, there will be no refunds. All cancellation must be in writing and received by us. No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
