So much more than your average Ocean road tour

09-Mar-2020

We booked onto this tour with less than a week’s notice after a spontaneous plan to visit Oz from Vietnam. We chose Melbourne after finding this tour because we wanted to see wildlife, the Great Ocean Road and the stunning Grampians. It was probably one of the best travel decisions we have ever made. You get to see a bit of everything - mountains, beaches, rainforests, so much wildlife and all in the wonderful company of Chris. He is a meticulous, fun and incredibly informative tour guide and endeavours to deliver a tour which is worth SO MUCH MORE than your touristy, exceedingly average Great Ocean Road day trips. It is so hard to pick a highlight because everything was a memory we will now never forget. As a local expert, Chris knows exactly when and where to stop for the most rewarding walks and picturesque locations, whilst maximising the chances of being able to avoid too many other visitors. It’s an authentic camping experience for those who want to pack in lots of different experiences that the region has to offer. It’s also the perfect balance and excellent value for money for those who love the outdoors, want to avoid the partying backpacker scene , but also appreciate the comfort of a new, comfortable van with WiFi and charging ports!
