Day 2 Holy Island & Bamburgh Castle

We then journey further down the coast to Bamburgh. The imposing castle is the first thing you will see as we arrive! Its offers a fascinating history and breathtaking views of coast. We include entrance to the castle which has been inhabited for over 1400 years. Get your camera at the ready for fantastic views from its ramparts.
Day 3 Seahouses With Farne Island Cruise

This morning after breakfast we head to Seahouses, a typical fishing village and the gateway to the Farne Islands. From the harbour, we board our cruise to view the wildlife, including grey seals, puffins and sea birds – and you might be lucky enough to see dolphins! Enjoy some free time in Seahouses. Why not treat yourself to fish and chips or local seafood from one of the many local restaurants?
We return to the hotel in the afternoon to relax. Set in 450 acres, you can take a walk around the beautiful grounds or enjoy the leisure facilities on offer, including an indoor swimming pool and spa.
Day 4 Warkworth & Amble
Location: Warkworth

Today we enjoy a drive down the coast to historic Warkworth, an ancient, must-visit village. Its high street is framed by a 12th-century church and a magnificent castle, and there are artisan shops and incredible views to enjoy! Warkworth is small, but it contains a wealth of history just waiting to be discovered. You will have free time to explore.
We then journey to Amble. A short walk through Amble’s award-winning marina will take you to the harbour’s wooden pods, which sell everything from cheese to charm bracelets, as well as its seafront pathway where sweet treats and salty fish and chips are en-route. The Northumberland Seafood Centre, located at the Amble Harbour Village, sources and sells local seafood. They also have a lobster hatchery with an interactive and informative visitor centre where you can learn about the traditional way of life.
Day 5
Location: Morpeth

After breakfast today, we journey home.
