Day 1 : CUSCO - LARES – HUACAWASI

At 06:00 AM we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco in our tourist transport and head towards the sacred valley of the Incas, arriving at the district of Calcay and continuing on this route admiring the charming Andean villages, the majestic mountain landscapes and the herds of llamas and alpacas that adorn the landscape, we will continue our journey to the district of Lares. Then we will visit the hot springs of Lares (3100 m.a.s.l.), known for their hot springs with medicinal properties. Here we will have the opportunity to relax in the various thermal water pools, which vary in temperature from cold to hot, all coming from volcanic springs considered very good for health. We recommend bringing a swimsuit to fully enjoy this experience. Enjoying a comforting bath with medicinal waters, we will have the place to meet with the team of people who accompany us on the trail, the chef and the muleteers in charge of transporting the food, the camping equipment and part of their equipment. Then we will begin a quiet walk through the Vilcabamba valley in a cool climate, for a period of 4 hours, during the course of our walk our guide will share information with us about the customs of the communities we will cross, in this way we will learn about the textile tradition, the different varieties of food, livestock and agriculture, etc.
Day 2 : HUACAWASI - IPSAYCOCHA – PATACANCHA
Location: Huacahuasi Lodge
Accommodation: Camp, Night in camping.

We will start the day with a nutritious breakfast, then continue our hike to one of the most captivating places of this program. The hike lasts approximately 4 hours to the high pass of Ipsaycocha, located at 4,550 m.a.s.l. At the highest point of our tour, during the hike we will witness the daily life of Andean farmers, who wear their traditional ponchos and colorful hats, taking care of their crops and herds of alpacas and llamas.
The mountainous landscape offers us impressive views and an exceptional opportunity to connect with nature and Pachamama. We will stop to enjoy a restorative lunch near Lake Ipsaycocha, where the presence of some grazing llamas adds a touch of magic to this experience. After lunch, we will continue our hike for 3 hours downhill. Along this route we will enjoy fantastic views of the valley until we reach Patacancha (3800m above sea level), where we will spend the night and enjoy a pleasant dinner at our campsite.
Day 3 : PATACANCHA - WILLOQ - PUMAMARCA - OLLANTAYTAMBO - AGUAS CALIENTES

Accommodation: Hotel, 2** star hotel in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town)

We will start the day with a nutritious breakfast that will prepare us for a day of exploration in the Patacancha Valley. After breakfast, we will head towards the community of Huylloc where we will enjoy a delicious lunch, made with fresh and local ingredients, which will allow us to experience the authentic flavors of the region.
After lunch, our team of cheff and muleteers will say goodbye with gratitude. We will continue our hike to Ollantaytambo, a picturesque village located in a fertile valley, surrounded by majestic mountains. This historic Inca settlement is recognized for being one of the most important living museums in the world, and will offer us the opportunity to explore an impressive collection of archaeological remains, as well as enjoy a rich variety of local flowers and birds.
We will take a tour of the archaeological site and appreciate the splendid landscapes of the place. After our visit, we will go to the train station to board the train that will take us to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town).
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, we will make sure to take you to your comfortable hotel, where you can relax and prepare for the exciting visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

Day 4 : MACHU PICCHU – OLLANTAYTAMBO – CUSCO
Location: Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu

This day we will visit the wonder of the world Machu Picchu, so we will get up very early to prepare to start the walk to the main entrance to the archaeological site of Machu Picchu. Our wish will be given to you so that you can take it and drive it along the route. The climb to Machu Picchu takes approximately 1.5 hours, upon arrival at the control we will have to present passports and entrance tickets to start the Machu Picchu trail, our expert guide will show us this magical place for approximately 2 and a half hours, where we will be able to see the most important points according to the corresponding circuit on our entrance ticket.
After the guided tour, we will return to the town of Machu Picchu (Aguas Calientes), where we will have free time to eat our meals on our own.
At the appointed time we will take the return train from Aguas Calientes, a 2-hour trip to Ollantaytambo, where the transport that will take you back to the city of Cusco will await us.
