Day 1 : Marrakesh – Tizi-n-Tichka Pass – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorge

Your private tour begins with a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains as we wind through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass to reach the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou. This iconic location has been featured in numerous films, including "Gladiator" and the acclaimed HBO series "Game of Thrones." Next, we'll head to Ouarzazate to visit the Atlas Film Studios and explore a Kasbah in the city. Continuing from Marrakech, we’ll journey to the Valley of Roses, renowned for its annual Festival of Roses. We'll spend the night at a local hotel in Dades Gorge, where you’ll also have the option of enjoying a complimentary dinner.

Day 2 : Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Rissani – Merzouga Desert

Continuing our tour by 4×4, we'll visit Todra Gorge, a vibrant and narrow canyon popular among outdoor enthusiasts. We’ll then proceed through the Ziz Valley to reach Erfoud, an oasis town known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert and famous for its unique fossils. In Erfoud, we can visit a local factory that produces artisanal crafts and home decor made from fossils, with a shop where you can purchase these items as souvenirs.

Next, we’ll drive towards Rissani to explore the local souk before heading in the direction of the desert to arrive in Merzouga, where we will stay overnight at a local riad.

Day 3 : Merzouga Desert

This day is dedicated to exploring the Merzouga desert. You'll have the freedom to "do your own thing," whether that's camel trekking or exploring in the comfort of a 4×4. We'll visit the village of Khamlia, renowned for its traditional music. Don't miss the chance to watch the sunset behind the stunning dunes of the Sahara Desert. We'll end the day with local music and traditional Berber food around a campfire.

Day 4 : Merzouga Desert – Rissani – Midelt – Fes

We'll start the day early to catch the sunrise, then continue by camelback to our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, we'll drive past Rissani and Erfoud, stopping in Midelt, nestled in the Atlas Mountains, for lunch. Finally, we'll head to Fes, where our private tour concludes.

Is There any Dress Code for Women Visiting Morocco?

No. You may wear whatever you feel comfortable in, we only have one exception on tours of the Mosque like Hassan II. To enter you would need to dress conservatively as you would in a church (no shorts, tanks tops, etc.). As in any country you should use direction with your attire if you want to avoid unwanted attention.

What is the form of meeting up?

Our driver/guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Casablanca and Marrakech

With accurate information on the schedule of your arrival, our guide and our driver await you at the customs exit at the airport, with a sign with your name and first name. It’s always easy, this appointment. In case of concern, you can contact us by phone with our contact information noted in our emails. We are always at your disposal 24 hours a day

What currencies can I exchange in Morocco?

US Dollars, Sterling and Euros are readily exchangeable. We recommend you take a mixture of cash and credit cards. Scottish bank notes and Australian dollar travellers cheques and cash are NOT normally accepted in Morocco.
What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?

The dates can be change 10 times if needed 30 dyas before the depature date.

This 4-day tour is the best way to see the diverse landscapes of Morocco. From the Atlas Mountains to the Sahara Desert, every part of the trip was well-planned and enjoyable.
