Everest Base Camp Trek

Welcome And Namaste, Representative of Mount Glory will be receiving you at TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport). He will be displaying a signboard Of Mount Glory outside the TIA terminal Then he/she will be transferring you to the respective hotel in a private tourist vehicle On the way to the hotel he will be explaining to you about the various services provided by Mount Glory Team Then after reaching the respective hotel you will be freshening up and take some rest. On the same day, we will be meeting in the Mount Glory office to discuss the trip. At the same time we will be sharing our experiences about various mountain landscapes and beautiful sceneries across the Himalayas for another day's tour Then we will meet you with our experienced guide who will take you to the beautiful mountains.

Early in the morning for the Lukla flight, our guide will be taking you to TIA. Lukla airport is located on a hill that contains a single-runway that drops off towards the end to the deep gaping valley below the mountain. Lukla is fascinating and the flight is a thrilling adventure in itself after arriving at Lukla the change in the scenery is immediately felt. The mountain's landscapes become quite prominent and the air carries a crisp freshness to it. From the Lukla, the trail moves towards the Cheplung village. The view of sacred Mount Khumbila from the valley at Cheplaung is beautiful. From there a gradual walk downwards leads to the village of Phakding. From Phakding the site of Kusum Kangraru Mountain can be seen. The Dudh Koshi river in the north of Lukla where Phakding lies contains many guesthouses and lodges that cater to tourists and trekkers. We will have an overnight stay at a guesthouse with a wonderful Dinner.

The second of the journey the trails lead you Namche bazaar by passing several Sherpa villages along the way with encountering smile people, their vibrant cultures, landscapes, forests. The trails ascend through the forests and bridges until reaching the meet point of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi. About 2 hours steep climb; there is the first approach of Mt. Everest then continues to walk to Namche Bazaar the land of Sherpa.

Today is our rest and acclimatization day. We'll do acclimatization hikes to nearby places. The leader will offer you different options like Khumjung and Khunde hike, Everest View Hotel Hike, Thame Hike or park headquarter visit. The evening are going to be free for exploring Namche Bazaar.

After having breakfast at the occupy Namche Bazaar, we follow the trail that leads short up towards the ridge and a simple thanks to Kyamjuma then descends slightly to Dudhkoshi at 3250m. This trail is amid the luxurious view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse and Mt. Ama Dablam and a really pack up view of Thamserku. Between Kyangjuma and Sanasa is virtually the sole birch/rhododendron forest of the trek to Lobuche. This trail also gives you a chance to identify wildlife Moschus moschiferus , multi-colored pheasants and a herd of Himalayan Thar. The trail then reaches Sansa, which may be a major trail junction to Gokyo valley and Everest Base Camp. then a steep ascent will bring you to the famous Tengboche monastery. The night are going to be spent during a occupy Tengboche.

Our usual day journey is started from Tengboche. We hike half an hour right down to the riverside through lush forest, across the river and take a gradual climb up to the valley’s highest year round settlement of Pangboche (3,860m/12,664ft). Here you'll spot several Chortens and Mani walls and little villages also . you'll also get an in depth of view of Mt. Ama Dablam. within the afternoon we continue ascending to Pheriche from where a reasonably moderate walk leads us to Imja Valley. Here, on climbing the last and steepest climb of the day, we finally reach Dingboche. The night is spent during a occupy Dingboche.

This is our second rest and acclimatization day. we'll do each day hike to Nagarkhang Peak (approximately 5000 meters) from where we'll witness spectacular Himalayan beauty. The summit offers great views of several Himalayan peaks including Makalu, Thamserku, Amadablam, Cholatse, Tabuche, Lobuche, Kusum Kangaro, etc.

We are becoming closer to our destination; Everest Base Camp. we'll follow the ridge above Pheriche village until we reach Dughla. we'll stop in Dughla for a fast lunch before we start steep climbing to Dughla pass; the memorial for several world famous climbers gave up the ghost during this area.
The trail further is gentle ascending on the bank of Khumbu glacier; one among the most important glaciers within the world.

The trail continues to climb to Gorak Shep where we sign up to Mt. Lodge, have lunch and again start to climb up to Everest Base Camp. Having passed the pyramid sign, we will now spot the crest of the north ridge of Everest along side Mt. Pumori, Mt Mahalangur, Mt. Lingtern, Mt Khumbutse, Mt. Nuptse and son on. Just alittle ascent from here leads you to 360 degree vista of snowy mountains. A steep climb up to the highest through the torrent of Changri Glacier gives you a glimpse of Kala Pattar. Walking through rocky and glacial trails finally results in the Everest Base Camp (5,357m/17,575ft). After reaching the bottom Camp you'll return to Gorekshep (5,160m/16,929ft) for overnight stay.

It’s each day to require a dark hike to the Kala Pattar. So, we start early within the morning. After walking upwards for a few of hours you'll reach a famous viewing point of Kala Pattar (Black Rock at 5,545m/18,192ft.),that offers the simplest views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Pumori and Ama Dablam. The view grows golden with the primary light of the day which gradually changes back to its original color. We spend a while here appreciating and taking the snaps of the breathtaking snowcapped peaks. Then we hike back to Gorekshep, have breakfast and retrace to Pheriche for overnight stay.

After having a hot breakfast at the lodge, the trail drops easy downhill till Pangboche village. Then, the trail drops to the riverside to cross the bridge over Imja Khola and continues to climb up to Tengboche. A steep descent form Tengboche now leads you to the DudhKoshi River. We cross the primary bridge over the DudhKhoshi River on our return trip inPhunkiTenga and having passed the village of Tashinga and Sansa, we reach Kyangjuma. Namche bazaar is a simple walk from here

After taking a fast breakfast, the trail drops from Namche Hill to the bridge crossing the DudhKoshi River near the confluence of DudhKoshi and BhoteKoshi rivers. Then we reach Monjo. After some formalities at the check post of park at Monjo the walk continues to Phakding for lunch. Since this is often the Judgment Day of your trek we continue our walk to Lukla.Also, most of the tracks are flat which allows you to enjoy open plains, rhododendrons and pine forests, Sherpa village, prayer stones, and flapping prayer flags with very less effort. On reaching Lukla you'll be loaded with memories made during the past few days. On reaching Lukla you'll choose some alone time, or spend some time with other crew members.Overnight at Lukla.

We will attend the airport within the morning to catch our adventurous flight to Kathmandu. It’s getting to be the breathtaking flight and adventurous experience. It’s worth to seat on the proper side of the airplane for a few beautiful views of the Himalayas. Upon landing in Kathmandu, we'll collect our luggage and head towards our hotel. Free afternoon to rest and relax.

Today is final departure day of your onwards destination.Our airport representative will drop off you at tribhuvan international airport.
