Day 1 : Drive Kathmandu – Pokhara (200 Kms/7-8 Hrs) By Tourist Bus

Early morning at 0630 AM, our driver will come and transfer you to Kathmandu tourist bus station to board Tourist Bus to Pokhara together with your trekking staff escorting from Kathmandu. Day 2 : Drive To Nayapool. Trek To Ghandrung (1950M/5 Hours Trek)

Morning, pick-up with your guide from your hotel and drive to Nayapool along scenic mountain road. Arrive at Nayapool and start your trek to Ghandrung village which is the biggest Gurung settlement located on the lap of the Annapurna south and Hiunchuli Mountain. In Ghandrung visit local village and museum to explore the traditional Gurung culture and lifestyle.

Day 3 : Trek From Ghandrung To Chhomrong (2170M/6 Hours Trek)

You will descend from Ghandrung hill ridge to Kimrung Khola. Visit the village settlement located on the riverside. Start your uphill climb to Chomrung. Upon arrival, check-in at local lodge with excellent view of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Fishtail Mountain.

Day 4 : Trek From Chhomrong To Bamboo (2310M/4 – 5 Hours Trek)

Start the trekking from Chomrung following 2500 stone steps down to Chomrung Khola. Trek uphill for 1.5 hours to reach to Sinwa. From there follow the trekking trail carved inside forest area to reach to Bamboo.

Day 5 : Trek From Bamboo To Deurali (3230M/4 Hours Trek)

Follow the Modi Khola river bank along the forest area to reach to Doban. Continue your walk to Himalaya from where the trail opens with excellent first close glimpse of Annapurna South.

The landscape changes with vegetation with view of valley down surrounded by stiff rock cliffs. Reach to Deurali and overnight here. We recommend overnight at Deurali to avoid the cases of altitude sickness as this rest allow give your body to get adjust with the increased altitude.

Day 6 : Trek To Annapurna Base Camp (4,130M) Via Machhapuchhre Base Camp – 6 Hours Trek

From Deurali the trek lowers to the Bagar. Cross glacier stream and start your climb to Machhapuchre Base Camp located at the altitude of 3700 meters. From Machhapuchre Base Camp you will see rewarding views of Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli and Gangapurna. From this place you will notice that we already reached other side of the Fishtail mountain which we see from Pokhara hence the shape of the peak changes. After spending time for lunch at base camp, you will start uphill climb to Annapurna Base Camp further for 1.5 – 2 Hours at reach to ultimate destination of our trek – ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP. An napurna Base Camp is located at altitude of 4130 meters above see level offering 360 degree view of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Spend the rest of the day enjoying the dramatic sunset view and the landscape.

Trek to Chomrung following the same trekking route that we followed while trekking up to Base Camp. You will stop at Sinwa or Chomrung for lunch and then continue to Jhinu dada undertaking downhill climb from Chomrung. Check-in at local lodge. If time permit and you are interested then take a small walk down to Modi Khola river bank to enjoy your time at Hot Spring relaxing your muscles.

During trek will be local lodges as available. These lodges will be simple and cannot be compared with hotels available in city area. The local lodges will have common bathrooms. In higher elevation (Chomrung) there is high possibility to share dormitory due to limited availability.

Meals: During trek we will be providing you Breakfast. However, lunch & dinner you can pay directly as per your own wishes and choices.

Porter guide based on 1 person can carry 12 kgs and dedicated porter will be provided for 2 persons & above (2:1 basis). Porter can carry 25 Kgs sharing the load between 2 people.

For personal expenses we recommend you to take Nepali Rupees. You can exchange US$, GBP, EURO or any major currency at exchange counter in Kathmandu or Pokhara.

The trekking permit such as Annapurna Conservation Area Permit, TIMS fee also included in the cost.
Are the local guides on the tour English speaking?

Will I know the names and details of all the accommodation before I depart?

Local Lodges will be booked directly on the spot by guide. The overnight stops can be changed as per your condition hence please be open for the same.
What is the fitness level required to do this tour?

This trek require good fitness level.
What is the maximum group size?

We operate small group with maximum 5 - 10 persons.
Are children permitted to take part in the tour?

Yes Kids above 15 years can trek with parents. For small kids we normally do not recommend as this is altitude trek hence depends on the average walking with good fitness level.

What happens if a group doesn’t make its minimum required number of passengers?

We will operate on private basis as per the group size for tour booked above 2 persons with-out any cost. Please check the cost as applicable based on 1 person & 02 persons above.
What is the standard of the hotels on this tour?

Local Lodges are basic and as available locally.
Is there a limit to luggage that can be brought on the tour?

One porter can carry 20 Kgs (10 kg each traveler).
Will passengers from another country be participating in the tour?

Actually I hire a car for my trip with them. As per my requirement, they arrange a new car with drive. Driver was super funny, helpful and experienced to drive in every corner of city even rough road. As well I bough mountain flight ticket which was cheaper then other agency.
