Nuptse and many other on Lobuche side looks awesome whereas Pheriche river valley and Mt. Amadablam on another side is picturesque. Thukla pass is not hard pass like Chola Pass or Kongmala Pass but its steepness all the way to top from Thukla village will take approximately an hour. Take slow and steady steps, do not push too much; you will make to the top for magnificent view. You also can see all the memorials of Climbers from Everest Expedition on the top of Thukla pass. Once you get to the top, trail is gradual and easy but might be windy. Do not forget to watch sunset at Mt. Nuptse, it is awesome.
