A journey to Peru is not complete without visiting Arequipa, the beautiful white city of Peru! Much of the architecture in Arequipa is made of a white volcanic stone, Sillar, hence its nickname of the white city. On this tour you will experience how the city was built and how worker still perverse the tradition on extracting the rocks still in use. This tour shows you the very best of Colca Canyon, the cruz del condor and visit the white city (ciudad blanca) of Arequipa. You will have the chance to explore Arequipa before taking transportation towards amazing Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world. Here you will see the flight of the Condor, relax in the village of Chivay and get to know the colorful local villages and the friendly local people who inhabit them.

Day 1 : Arrival In Arequipa
Location: Arequipa

Once we arrive in Arequipa, we will be pick up and transfer to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, we will have free morning for shopping or resting.
**NOTE: recommended to arrive before 11am**
Afternoon:. Arequipa City tour
In the afternoon, around 13:30h we will start our Arequipa city tour, we will Visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina, then we will visit the Plaza de Armas, one of the most beautiful in Peru, the Jesuit Church of the Company, which in its beautiful façade announces the so-called mestizo architecture, its cloisters and dome, the Tristan del Pozo house and at the end and for a magnificent view from the city we will visit the typical districts of Carmen alto and Yanahuara. (Mirador and Church). We will be back in Arequipa around 6pm.

Day 2: Arequipa – Colca Canyon
Location: Chivay

At 8:00 am we pick you up from your hotel to leave Arequipa (2,325m) destination to the snowy mountain Chachani in our transport. We will see wild vicunas, alpacas and llamas in the National Reserve of Pampa Cañahu as well as birds such as flamingos, ibis, Andean geese, ducks, eagles and Andean called Kara Kara.
We will also visit the viewpoint of volcanoes and snowy mountains in Patapampa (4,800m).
Arriving in Chivay (3,600m), the capital of the Colca Valley, we will have lunch and free afternoon to relax.

Day 3: Colca Canyon- Arequipa
Location: Chivay

Early morning after breakfast (around 6:00 am), we leave for a full day excursion on the left side of the canyon and visit beautiful towns like Yanque and Maca with colonial churches and friendly people who are happy to show their traditional embroidered clothing. See hundreds of pre-Inca terraces still used for farm and Andean corn, quinoa, amaranth and others.
After a drive of two hours, we reach the place you have been waiting - La Cruz del Condor. Here we can see the depth of the canyon and the condor wonderful ride. Free time to watch the condors and explore the lookout. Then we return to Arequipa where we will arrive around 5:00 pm and transfer to your hotel.

Day 4: Morning:. Sillar Stone Tour
Location: Arequipa

Pick up from our accommodation around 8am and transfer to the ashlar quarries in the district of Cerro Colorado. In a time of arpo. 30 minutes from the center of Arequipa arrive at this place known as the Quarries Añashuayco, in this place we can see where it is that the stonemasons take Ignimbrite then patiently manage to develop the Sillar, we will explain in detail the preparation thereof and also they learn the story behind the Sillar. In due time we return to the City of Arequipa and will arrive around 1pm
Free afternoon to enjoy the city or visit museuns.

Day 5 : Departure From Arequipa
