This package you will start your adventure getting to know the city of Cusco Be dazzled by the Vinicunca Mountain, also known as Rainbow Mountain, on an adventure through the Peruvian Andes to the amazing spot. Follow through breathtaking landscapes to a natural rainbow painted across the mountain ridges, a one-of-a-kind sight. Day 1 : Arrival In Cusco

Upon arrival in Cusco, reception at the airport / bus station and transfer to upscale hotel in the city center.

Day 2 : Fullday Rainbow Mountain Trek
Location: Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain

We will pick you up between 04:00– 04:30am. Then we are going to set out on a drive through the South Valley. The drive takes around 3 hours to get Hanchipacha community where we are going to stop for breakfast. After that we are going to drive you 15 minutes more to Quesiuno community (4,326 m / 14,189 ft.), where we are going to start with the trekking of 3 hours approx. long to the rainbow mountain. In the way up we are going to be able to enjoy amazing landscapes of herds of alpacas and llamas, the Ausangate Mountain, many red mountains and traditional local houses. When we finally reach the Rainbow Mountains (5,020 m / 16,466 ft.), you will have time to explore the area and take pictures. We will spend approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour (depend of your trekking speed and weather conditions).
After the amazing view of the landscapes on the top we are going to down to the beginning of our trekking point, that take 2 hours approx. (Quesiuno community) where we are going to take our transportation to Hanchipacha community to have lunch. Then you are going to be drive to Cusco, and drop you at Regocijos square 2 blocks from Main Square.

Day 3 : Fullday:. Tour To Machu Picchu
Location: Aguas Calientes

Pick up from our hotel in Cusco early in the morning. We will go to the train station in Ollantaytambo, about 1.30h from Cusco, then we will embark on this extraordinary train ride to Machu Picchu where you will have beautiful views. The train passes through beautiful ecosystems then have your camera ready to take pictures.
Approximately four hours after our departure from Cusco, we will arrive at the train station in Aguas Calientes (the town located at the bottom of Machu Picchu). Where our expert guide will be waiting. Together we will take the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu that lasts 25 minutes.
Arriving at Machu Picchu, we will enter the site (do not forget your passport), and our guide will give us a tour of the citadel for 2hours. After the guided tour, there will be free time to explore.
After exploring Machu Picchu, we will take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes. Then you can enjoy the restaurants, explore the village, or relax.
In the afternoon we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our driver will be waiting and will take us back to our accommodation in Cusco.

Day 4 : Departure From Cusco

What is altitude sickness exactly? Will I get it?
On reaching heights above 3000m, heart pounding and shortness of breath are a normal response to the lack of oxygen in the air.
