Day 1 : Arrival In Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will pick you up and drop off to your hotel. In the evening at around 7 pm, a comprehensive pre-trip orientation and briefing will be conducted by your trek leader at the hotel. This is the perfect time to ask any last-minute questions regarding what to expect on the upcoming trip.
Pro tip: If you arrive at Kathmandu early, you can explore the bustling streets of Thamel, walk around the ancient market of Ason or maybe even go out to the cinema to watch a Nepali film! Your tour manager can help you to make the arrangements.

Day 2 : Fly To Lukla, Trek To Phakding
Location: Tenzing-Hillary Airport, Phakding

Take the morning flight to Lukla, flying above scenic and lushly forested hills, and land at the world’s most adventurous airport. Start your trek from Lukla. Walk past Chaurikharka village and descend towards Dudhkoshi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft A.S.L). Then walk along the banks of the mighty Dudhkoshi until arriving at Phadking.

Day 3 : Phadking To Namche Bazar
Location: Namche Bazar

Trek to Namche Bazar on the banks of Dudhkoshi River and cross the river via a suspension bridge at Benkar. Then trek to Monjo through a dense pine forest. Check-in to Sagarmatha National Park and get the permits, then ascend uphill to arrive at the bustling Sherpa town of Namche Bazar(3,440m/11,284ft A.S.L). Relax and enjoy the scene.

Day 4 : Acclimatization Day - Namche Bazaar
Location: Namche Bazar

Acclimatize yourself to get prepared for the higher altitude. Namche Bazaar has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, and a colorful market. It is the main center of the Khumbu region. Your tour captain can take you to experience the beautiful Namche Bazaar. Hike to nearby Khumjung, Kunde, and Thame villages or head towards Everest view hotel to get good views and snaps of mountain ranges. Enjoy the scenes, relax, and explore Namche Bazaar.

Day 5 : Namche Bazar To Tengboche
Location: Tyangboche

Leisurely trek to Kenjoma, rest in front of the mighty Amadablam and take the trail towards Everest Base Camp. Trek downhill to Phunki Tenga, have lunch, and then cross the Dudhkoshi again. Then ascend gradually to Tengboche. After reaching Tengboche. visit Tengboche monastery-the largest monastery in the region.

Day 6 : Tengboche To Dingboche
Location: Dingboche

Trek downhill to Dibuche and again uphill through rhododendron forests to the bridge crossing at the raging Imja Khola. Trek uphill to Pangboche, which rewards us with beautiful views of the Himalayas and the Pangboche Monastery. Have your lunch, and continue the trek to Dingboche.

Day 7 : Acclimatization At Dingboche
Location: Dingboche

Acclimatize yourself to get prepared for the higher altitude. Sleep as much as you want, take short hikes nearby, enjoy the scenes and relax or hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chukkhung Valley for a great view of the Himalayas.

Day 8 : Dingboche To Lobuche
Location: Lobuche

Trek through the barren landscape to Dughla, with spectacular views of the mountain and the Khumbu Glacier. Have lunch, and trek to a forbidden trail through the Dughla pass. Then trek to Lobuche.

Day 9 : Lobuche To Gorakshep To Everest Base Camp
Location: Gorakshep, Everest Base Camp

Start early trekking from Lobuche, and trek to Gorakshep through an easy trail. Tiredness is common here as you will be trekking through high altitudes. The high altitude comes with benefits; see the clouds above you. Witness the glory of the Himalayas. Once at Gorakshep, check into your lodge, deposit your luggage, and have lunch. Then hike to the Everest Base Camp. The trail now is treacherous and forbidding and will be one of the hardest yet most beautiful parts of this trek. Reach base camp, take the photo and enjoy amidst the top of the world. And trek back to Gorakshep.

Day 10:Gorekshep To Kalapathar And To Pangboche
Location: Kala Patthar, Pangboche

Wake up early and start the trek in the cold(-10 to -14 C) and the darkness of Kalapatthar. It is the most glorious morning of your life. Make sure to wear suitable clothing as it will be cold and windy at Kalapatthar. Admire the 360 degrees up-close and the amazing view of Mt. Everest. Enjoy the sunrise view, take some snaps, and hike back to Gorakshep. Have your breakfast and trek to Pangboche via the village of Pheriche.

Day 11 : Pangboche To Namche Bazar

Trek downhill to Tengboche via Dingboche and trek via Phunki Tenga and Kenjoma to arrive at Namche Bazar. Rest & relax. Explore the beauty of Namche Bazar.

Day 12 : Namche Bazar To Lukla
Location: Tenzing-Hillary Airport

Trek downhill to the Hillary Suspension Bridge and cross the Dudhkoshi River. Trek via Dudhkoshi Ghat and Chaurikharka village to arrive at Lukla. Spend the last day of the trek at Lukla.

Your flight from Lukla may be delayed due to weather problems, and since there is no flight to Kathmandu after 1000, you’ll be staying at Lukla. You may even miss your international flight back home. That s why we included a buffer day in this itinerary/ If everything goes fine, we will organize a guided tour of Kathmandu for you on this day. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swyambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple. In the evening, enjoy the farewell dinner typical Nepali restaurant organized by us to celebrate the successful journey.
