Touch down in Kathmandu, a city riddled with culture, stunning temples and artistic intrigue. Transfer to the hotel for a meeting with your leader in the evening, then take part in a welcome dinner and a cultural introduction to Nepalese society. At the evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour and trekking guide. After the pre-trip meeting, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Luxury Holidays Nepal. For dinner, you will be served authentic Nepalese cuisine, which will introduce you to the country’s food culture.

Have breakfast early in the morning at the hotel and drive to the domestic airport for a Helicopter tour to Everest Base Camp.

Land the Helicopter in Everest Base Camp. You will have free time to enjoy and captures the moment in your camera of the Himalayan scenery including Mount Everest and peak.

After having the incredible moment in the lap of Mount Everest, fly back to Kathmandu.

Transfer to your hotel from the airport and the rest of the time is free.

The exploration of the Kathmandu city begins with breakfast at the hotel and drive to Swyambunath Stupa. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide on your trip.

Swyambhunath Stupa- The Monkey Temple:

The stupa is situated at the top of a small hillock on the western side of Kathmandu. Swyambhu is known as Samhengu in ancient times and also as the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living on the premises.

Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site):

Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples in Hindu Mythology. Temple is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern side of Kathmandu and it is dedicated to the god of god Mahadev.

Boudhanath Stupa:

Boudhanath Stupa is the biggest and 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four fundamental directions keeping a perpetual watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims and monks going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.

Patan Durbar Square (World Heritage Site):

Patan Durbar Square- an ancient palace located in the center of the city Lalitpur. It demonstrates the Newari architecture that had reached its peak of development during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.

After this drive back to the hotel. The rest of your time is free for shopping and tasting the different Nepali cuisine in the eateries.

Today, you will have a long drive in terms of time though the distance is only 160 Km. The drive will be snaky passing through green hills, valleys, and along the river. On reaching Chitwan you will be greeted by the hotel representative and will hand you the full schedule of the activities that you will be doing on your stay in Chitwan.

Activities in Chitwan includes:

After refreshment and rest for some time, have lunch at the same hotel. Lunch followed by a jungle walk where you may encounter one Horn Rhino, different species of dears, Crocodiles, and Gharials. And, Sunset view from Rapti River which is followed by dinner & cultural program.

Today, you will have an early morning breakfast and then take a short drive from the hotel to the Rapti River for Canoeing. You will enjoy different types of jungle and non-jungle activities, in other words, it’s a day to have an adventure and to learn and observe new things.

Activities in Chitwan include:

Canoeing & jungle walk to visit the elephant breeding center. Lunch followed by an elephant safari in the late afternoon.

After having a leisurely breakfast, drive to Pokhara (well-known as The Lake City owing number of lakes in the city). The drive is along the same road halfway to Pokhara as you drive from Kathmandu. You will see hills, small settlements, and terraced farms. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful city, rewards with magnificent views of the Himalayas, including 5 peaks of Mount Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre- well-known among the tourist as Mount Fishtail, others Snow Covered hills.

Check-in to the hotel and take a rest. You may also like to stroll in the streets of Pokhara in the evening and just enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal.

Finally, its time to explore the different aspects of Pokhara city after breakfast. Your sightseeing trip will start and the following are the stops.

Bindhabasini Temple:

The Hindu temple located in the center of the religious old bazaar. It is devoted to Goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of Shakti (Power). The park in the base of Temple offers a fine picnic and relaxing area.

Davis fall:

Locally famous as Patale Chhango and lies in the southern edge of the Pokhara valley where the stream flowing from out of Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes.

Gupteshwor Cave:

The cave is right across from Devi’s fall and almost 3 km long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four to explore the cave.

Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple:

At an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second-largest lake of the country. With the island Temple named Barahi Temple in the middle of the lake; it is one of the most worshiped religious places in Pokhara.

Seti River Gorges:

Carved by the Seti-Gandaki river is the natural wonders of Pokhara. K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool & Prithivi Highway Bridge near bus park, provides an unspoiled view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water.

Get up early morning before the sunrise and drive to Sarangkot hill station. The scene from the top of the hill is breathtaking. The panoramic view of some of the world’s highest peaks in the world such as Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri, and so on. As well, the view of sunrise from this point is awesome. After this drive back to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast.

The Pokhara-Kathmandu flight swifts along the Himalayas unveiling Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and Langtang ranges. After returning to Kathmandu, you have the afternoon and the evening to stroll along the streets of Kathmandu for some last-minute shopping. There is a farewell dinner in your hotel.
