Chisapani Nagarkot valley Hike taking you along the rims of the Kathmandu Valley offering distant views of snowy mountains, and an idea of typical Nepali countryside life and ethnic culture. It is best suited for those who are travelling with children, enjoy outdoor camping but who do not have enough time for longer treks into the high mountains. Kathmandu City Tour We drive to a trailhead at Sundarijal and gradually hike uphill to Mulkharka (1768m). On the second day, we walk along the valley rims with great views of mountains, then get to Chisopani (2194m) from where a superb view of the Himalayas and sunrise/sunset views can be observed. Day 01: Drive To Sundarijal 1 Hrs Then Trek To Chisapani(2135M, 4/5 Hrs)

Day 01: Drive to Sundarijal 1 hrs then trek to Chisapani(2135m, 4/5 hrs)
After taking breakfast at hotel, we drive an hour towards to Sundarijal from where we start real hiking. 30 minutes hiking from Sundarijal we encounter Shivapuri National park where we buy National park entrance permit then continue ahead. As we climb gradually we arrive the name of village called Mulkharka where we might have lunch break or some drinks. Then the trail leads through stone paved stairs and amazing jungle all the way to Chisapani which is known as the great viewpoint of sunrise with striking views of Gaurisankar, Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lakpa and many more.
Day 02: Trek Chisapani To Nagarkot(2175M.

As you know Chisapani is known as spectacular viewpoint, we recommend waking up early morning to explore sunrise with panoramic Himalayas vistas then enjoy your breakfast with beautiful nature. Making our way through refreshing rhododendron forests inside Shivapuri National Park, we might have a quick stop at Jule, and relax for a while. Then we slowly head further passing some local villages, rice field terrace and arrive at scenic hilltop called Nagarkot.
Day 03: Trek Nagarkot To Changu Narayan Then Drive Back To Kathmandu.

After exploring the sunrise with undisturbed Himalaya range, we trek 4 hrs towards Changu Narayan Temple. The exciting hike starts gradually downhill through the ridge and offers beautiful views of local villages, lifestyle of people, temples, Bhaktapur, Sankhu and Kathmandu valley too. At the last part the trail leads through the pine and Rhododendron forest and some beautiful picnic spots which might be the final opportunity of capturing panoramic Himalaya Vistas surroundings. Ultimately we reach at Changu Narayan which is known as one of the UNESCO world heritage site and major shrine of Hindu gods Vishnu. After collecting an unforgettable experience we drive back to Kathmandu.
