Day 1 : Arriving Date

Arrive at the Victoria Falls airport in Zimbabwe and transfer to the Zambezi River lodge. (This hotel is on the banks of the Zambezi River) on bed and break fast. Early check in (If that will be possible) refreshen up and relax. 16h00 Transfer for the sunset boat cruise on the might Zambezi River. The cruise is for 2 hours and will include all the local drinks and light snacks. After the cruise, you will go back to the hotel for your dinner and bed. (Dinner will be at your own cost).

Day 2 : Guided Tour Of The Victoria Falls And The Flight Of Angels
Location: Victoria Falls

After your breakfast, you will meet your guide for your guided tour of the Victoria falls on the Zimbabwean side. The tour will be for about 3 hours but will be dependent on your walking pace. After the tour, you will head back to your hotel for lunch which will be at your cost. 14h30 meet the guide for your transfer for the flight of angels. This will Give you a chance to view the falls from the air for 30 minutes. Experience the Flight of Angels, an unforgettable helicopter flight over the spectacular Victoria Falls, Batoka Gorge, Zambezi River and the lush Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. The Batoka Gorge is the Gorge below the Victoria Falls where the Zambezi River flows towards the Indian Ocean. The Gorge is home to world-renowned rapids 13 to 21 which are rated amongst the most challenging and thrilling rapids on the planet. After an exciting days rafting, the steep climb out of the deep Gorge is a strenuous one for White Water Rafters. Helicopter video footage is available for purchase after the flight at $20. Lunch and dinner will be at your own cost.

Day 3 : Muchenje

Check out after breakfast and transfer to Chobe National Park, in Botswana check in at Muchenje Safari Lodge which is situated high on an escarpment on the quieter western side of Botswana’s Chobe National Park. With wonderful views of the Chobe River and the seasonal flood plains, its position means that it is far away from the bustle of Kasane yet just two hours from the magnificent Victoria Falls.
Muchenje Safari Lodge is independently owned and run. It is within the Chobe Forest Reserve, just a short drive from Chobe National Park. There are no fences between the Western Chobe Park Boundary and the Lodge; animals roam free.
Chobe is renowned for its prolific wildlife and huge concentrations of game. Muchenje prides itself in the variety and quality of safari experiences, allowing you to explore the Chobe and all its wonders.
There are wonderful views over the Chobe River from the main lodge and all the luxurious cottages.
Being owner run, Muchenje Safari Lodge allows for a more personalised service and homely atmosphere. With experienced managers and guides looking after you every step of the way.
In the afternoon, you will go for a sunset game cruise on the Chobe river where you will have a great chance to view water based animals and other grass eating as they graze along the river.

Day 4 : Full Day Of Game Activities

Free full day, you can relax at the hotel or book any activities of your choice mentioned below.
Muchenje has five very experienced permanent guides, all of whom have had extensive guide training in both animals and birds. They are all from the Chobe region and are passionate about their park and communities. The guides also double as boat captains. There is also have a registered bird expert at the lodge. Muchenje has a full fleet of 4X4 safari vehicles, both Toyota Land Cruisers and Land Rovers.The vehicles are fully kitted out and are extremely rugged. The vehicles are open, but with a sun cover, making photography easy. We do not “pack” our vehicles, and ensure that normally there are a maximums of only 6 people for each game viewing experience. Muchenje has two boats, one based at Sedudu and one based at our private jetty at Ihaha. The safari activities are planned carefully to coincide with when you are most likely to see wildlife. This means early morning activities such as game drives or guided bush walks, late afternoon game drives as the temperatures start dropping and even night game drives after dinner to see who is moving around the reserve once the sun has disappeared.

Day 5 : Livingstone
Location: Livingstone

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Livingstone, Zambia. You will cross from the Botswana/Zambian border. This is the only point in the world where 4 countries meet (Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia). Your guide will assist you with the immigration and customs formalities then you will be transferred to Livingstone, Zambia by road. Your expected time of travel is about an hour. You will check in at the David Livingstone Safari lodge and Spa, on bed and breakfast. Freshen up, relax and explore the hotel surroundings. 16h00 Your guide will meet you from the hotel lobby for a 2 hours sunset boat cruise. Both offer the charming combination of panoramic views of the mighty Zambezi River and gracious hospitality creating unforgettable Sunset Cruises. Your ticket will include local beverages and light snacks. After the cruise, you will head back to the hotel. Dinner will be at your own cost. Over-night, on bed and breakfast

Day 6 : Rhino Walk And Mukuni Village Tour
Location: Livingstone
Accommodation: Hotel

06h45 you will have an early morning game drive that will be combined with a mini Rhino walking safari in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya national park that is about 1.50km from your hotel. This is the only park in Zambia that has White rhinos. Your safari will be for 2 to 3 hours. You will head back to your hotel for your late breakfast.
In the afternoon, your guide will pick you for a visit to the Mukuni village. Mukuni Village is a Royal village which was founded around the 13th Century. It is home to about 7,000 Leya people. The chief has invited visitors into his village to get a glimpse of how his people have lived for generations and to learn a little about their traditional customs and beliefs. The Chief's guides and the people of the village are more than happy to show visitors their huts and take you inside, explain how they are built and decorated, introduce you to various craftsmen and women at work and ask you to taste some traditional foods and beer. This is a working village, not a purpose built tourist attraction, and it is a privilege to be welcomed into their lifestyle. It is also the same village that David Livingstone visited when he first saw the Victoria Falls in 1855. The tree that he sat under is still there. Why not take a chance to walk in the footsteps of David Livingstone.
After the village tour, time allowing, we will take you to the Livingstone Museum. Established in 1934, the Livingstone Museum is the largest and oldest museum in Zambia. It is located in the heart of Livingstone, the home of the Victoria Falls. It holds internationally significant collections in Zambian archaeology, history, culture and natural history and provides an important insight into the natural and cultural heritage of Zambia. It is renowned for its important collection of David Livingstone letters and memorabilia. After this long day of activities, you will then head back to the hotel for dinner and bed. Lunch and dinner will be at your own cost.

Day 7 : Victoria Falls
Location: Victoria Falls

After your breakfast, you will check out at around 11h00 and transfer to Victoria Falls town in Zimbabwe via the tour of the Victoria Falls on the Zambian side. Your guide will take you through the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls before crossing the border via the 115 year old Victoria Falls bridge where the famous Bungee jump and other bridge activities are done. Time allowing, you can do a stopover at the bridge and take a walk over it. Check in at the A'Zambezi River Lodge on bed and breakfast. Dinner will be at the Victoria Falls Boma. You will spend the whole afternoon by the hotel. 17h45 your guide will pick you for a boma dinner. Revel in a feast of fun at The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show where a four-course meal featuring local dishes, and non-stop entertainment culminating in an interactive drumming show combine to make this a "must do" Victoria Falls experience. After the boma dinner, you will head back to the hotel for your overnight.

Day 8 : Departure
Location: Livingstone International Airport
Meals Included: Breakfast

After breakfast Your guide will take you around Victoria Falls town for your last minute shopping if need be otherwise, you can relax by your hotel pool. 15h00 late checkout (if available) and transfer to the Victoria Falls or Livingstone International airport
