Arrive in Lanzarote. Transfer to our hotel for the week where we will have our welcome meeting with our guide & a short walk to discover our surroundings. Dependant on flight arrival times

In the Heart of the Volcanoes
Our first walk takes us right into the heart of the island’s volcanic landscapes, where we will witness some incredible landscapes made up of craters, volcanic tubes and channels, and vast seas of lava. The walk ends at the heart of Lanzarote’s agricultural area where we visit the La Geria vineyard and finish the day with a little wine-tasting and a visit to the National Park of Timanfaya (12€ payable locally)

Los Helechos- La Corina-Haria
The volcano of La Corona sits on the uplands of the Famara cliffs from where we can admire glorious views over the Chinijo archipelago on one side and Lanzarote’s stunning north-east coast on the other. The hike starts today in the little village of Guinate and ascends towards the volcano of Los Helechos. This spectacular route then takes us along the edge of the cliffs back down towards Guinate. From here we head to the charming village of Haria within the beautiful Valley of a Thousand Palm Trees where we can end todays walk with a well earned drink.

Day At Leisure
Today take time out and take advantage of the hotel facilities and relax by the pool or on the beach. Or for the more energetic try a surfing lesson at Famara Beach or perhaps a spot of horse-riding and discover the countryside on horseback. ( Payable locally)

Los Ajaches
Today we walk in the heart of the Ajaches, an ancient range of volcanoes from where Lanzarote initially emerged. We begin the hike in the small hamlet of Femes , before we take a beautiful descent to the Pico Redondo. We continue towards the coast through amazing arid canyons then walk along ocean paths finally arriving at the village of Playa Quemada.

Day At Leisure
Why not visit and discover the famous Lanzarote artist Cesar Manrique. You can see his legacy throughout the island. The excursion includes visiting the Cesar Manrique Foundation, Los Jameos de Agua and the El Jardin de Cactus ( Payable locally €52)

La Graciosa
Gorgeous La Graciosa is known as the Canary Island that time forgot. We take a 30 minute cruise to this unique island where todays hike takes us across dunes, coastal tracks and idyllic beaches. There will also be the opportunity to snorkel in the acquamarine waters (snorkeling gear supplied) and learn about the local fishing traditions
