DAY 1: Arrival Day
Begin your trip by meeting your fellow travellers over dinner an drinks to welcome you to Bangkok.
DAY 2: Bangkok Tour
Today includes a longtail boat ride to Wat Arun, and Wat Pho, and your evening overnight coach to Koh Tao.
DAY 3: Koh Tao
Arrival on Koh Tao early morning, and relax or party later on!
DAY 4-7: Wellness
Your Wellness experiences include one wellness session per day from your chosen otion (choose between Yoga, muay Thai, or Crossfit)
DAY 8: Snorkelling
Today's boat trip will take you out to explore Koh Nang Yuan and the top snorkelling spots of the surrounding islands.
