Wicklow Walking Holiday
Tour Overview
Your Guided Walking Holiday To Wicklow
Enjoy a 3-night walkng holiday in Wicklow, the garden county of Ireland, where we’ll experience some of the country’s incredible hiking trails and scenery. For our first hike we’ll start at the Wicklow Gap, which was used by pilgrims for hundreds of years, along the way we’ll see St Kevin’s bed, a small cave he used for meditation and our trek will end in the iconic Glendalough, a monastic settlement founded by St Kevin in the 6th century. Our next invigorating hiking route will take us through the Wicklow Mountains, where we’ll see Poulanass Waterfall, the site of St Kevin’s Cell and we may even spot some wild deer along the way! Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Wicklow and join us on this Irish walking holiday.
During this holiday, we offer a moderate hiking level only on one of the hiking days and a challenging level only on the other day. The hiking distance on the moderate hike is approximately 12.5km, with an approximate duration of 5 hours. The hiking distance on the challenging hike is approximately 13km, with an approximate duration of 6 hours.
