This morning, delve into the historic neighbourhoods of Chinatown and Gastown before boarding a ferry to Vancouver Island. 'Dive into Culture' and taste local cider at a familly-owned ciderhouse, before continuing to Victoria.

Day 3: Victoria Sightseeing

Experience the diversity of indigenous culture and get an in-depth look at how the natural environment and indigenous plants shaped the daily lives of the Lekwungen people. Hosted by Chef Gary at the Songhees Cultural Centre, this 'Be My Guest' lunch includes a tour and describes the harvesting process on the Rooftop Garden, cooking demonstration and Bannock making workshop - guests will leave with a new understanding of what food means to indigenous culture and the importance of it in our history, all ending with a delicious meal. Embrace the Garden City status of Victoria as you greet the day with breakfast at Butchart Gardens, a 55-acre showcase of gorgeous floral gardens that have colourfully transformed a once unused quarry.

Day 4: Victoria – Chemainus – Squamish – Whistler (2 Nights)

See the vivid murals of Chemainus. Board a ferry and then take the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway. Ascend to Summit Lodge, admiring the views from the Sea-to-Sky Gondola. Following Sea-to-Sky Gondola, the evening is at leisure.

Day 5: Whistler Sightseeing

Today includes a Your Choice Sightseeing experience. Learn about the First Nations at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre or visit the Audain Art Museum, a comprehensive Permanent Collection of the province's most celebrated artists. Exemplifying the richness of cultural difference in Canada, the collection takes visitors on a transformative visual journey from the late 18th century to present. Tonight, enjoy a Regional Dinner in Whistler Village.

Day 6: Whistler – Sun Peaks

Day 8: Banff Sightseeing

Your morning is at leisure, perhaps do an optional gondola ride or explore on your own terms. In the afternoon you will have your orientation tour of Banff National Park. Later we'll meet a retired "Mountie" as our Local Specialist as we immerse in Banff's soul-stirring natural surrounds, followed by dinner at the hotel.

Day 9: Banff - Calgary (2 Nights)

Descend from the Canadian Rockies to the festive pavilions and parades of the Stampede. After checking into your downtown hotel it’s your chance to ignite your inner cowboy and head out for some fun this evening. There’s always plenty of choices - from great music to hearty food, and the atmosphere around the Stampede is sure to delight with cowboys and cowgirls filled with anticipation for the grand spectacle to begin. Make sure you rest up for the fun that awaits tomorrow!

Day 10: Calgary Stampede

Put on your best cowboy boots and don your Stetson to look the part and immerse yourself in all things Western at the ‘Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.’ The park is filled with endless opportunities for fun - there’s no shortage of ways to get into the spirit of the West. Try your hand at horseshoe throwing, watch the marching bands strut their stuff and find a stage to listen to some country music, loud and live. Make sure you refuel on delicious Western-style barbecue and drinks along the way. The day comes to a close with the Grandstand Show, a singing and dancing musical extravaganza ending in a spectacular fireworks display.

Day 11: Calgary - Lake Louise - Jasper (2 Nights)
Location: Jasper
Accommodation: The Sawridge Inn

Arrive on the shores of Lake Louise with a short lakeside talk. Get ready for a unique adventure at the Columbia Icefield where you board an Ice Explorer and drive on the massive Athabasca Glacier. Later this afternoon, arrive at the hotel in the heart of Jasper National Park.

Day 12: Jasper Sightseeing And Free Time

Embark on an invigorating guided walk to Maligne Canyon. Board a narrated cruise on Maligne Lake (seasonal) stopping at Spirit Island.

Day 13: Jasper – Mount Robson – Chase

Admire Mount Robson - the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Learn about the First Nation Shushwap people and stroll around their ancestral grounds where we'll see a traditional kekuli winter homestead.

It was my first time with Trafalgar Tour and I had a wonderful trip from day 1 till the last day. The Tour Director, Yocel Atik is very knowledgeable and Excellent. The health director and coach driver are helpful and supportive as well. The hotels selected were comfortable especially Rixos Hotel and Movenpick Hotel. The Best of Turkey is better than I expected.
