Day 1 : Cusco

Location: Cusco Cathedral, Puka Pukara Archaeological Complex, Cusco, Q'enco Archaeological Complex, Saqsaywaman, Qorikancha, Tambomachay

Thank you for your interest in our 3D/2N Cusco-only program, and we hope you enjoy the tours we have prepared for you. For your convenience, we offer private transportation and a tour guide to take you from the airport or bus terminal in Cusco to the hotel selected by our agency, so you can rest and be ready for the activities of the following day. The guided city tour will begin around noon from the Temple of the Sun in Inca times, the Coricancha. Next, we will head to the archaeological area of Sacsayhuamán, where you can admire the impressive megalithic stones, followed by a visit to Quenqo, used by the Incas as a mortuary for their mummies, and Puca Pucara, also known as the Red Tower. Finally, we will visit Tambomachay, the Temple of Water. The tour will conclude around 5:00 pm when we return to Cusco.

Day 2 : Cusco - Huayna Picchu & Machu Picchu

Location: Huayna Picchu, Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu

We will pick you up at your hotel and take you by transportation to the train station in Ollantaytambo. From there, you will travel by train for 1 hour and 40 minutes to the train station in Machu Picchu pueblo, where our staff will accompany you to the bus stop so you can ascend to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. Once there, you will have the option to head towards the entrance of Huayna Picchu and begin the hike to one of the most sacred places of the Inca era. After this thrilling adventure, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant of the Satury Lodge, one of the most impressive hotels in the area.

After re-entering Machu Picchu, our guide will take you on a tour of the most important sites, such as the Guardian's House, the main entrance, the Temple of the Sun, the main plaza, and the Temple of the Condor, which will last between 2 and 3 hours. Once the tour is finished, you can return to the transportation that will take you back to Aguas Calientes. There, you will have time to explore the area and buy souvenirs before taking the local train back to the Ollantaytambo station. Once there, our private transportation will pick you up and take you back to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 3 : Cusco - End Of The Trip
