Emilce had done a wonderful job for all the transfers between places and the pick ups were on time.

Also thank Federico who was so wonderful in guiding us thru the city of Buenos Aires.

We learnt a lot about the political background, history and cultures of Argentina.

We really appreciate his service.

The hotel which Emilce arranged in BA was really good.

I enjoyed my trip in Argentina very much.

Oh, I forgot to mention about the tango show and the Argentine Experience.

Both events were excellent.

We enjoyed them very much.

Thank you Emilce again for the arrangement.

She was accommodating to our preferences (everything from date preferences to hotels to activities), and she served as a resource for additional activities and sights to experience during our time there.

When we ran into issues with planned excursions, she went out of her way to find alternative solutions for us.

I couldn't have imagined a better way to have spent 9 days in Patagonia.

Thank you, Vi, for the trip of a lifetime.

We have been working with Leandro Zamprogno for the past years to set up tours to Patagonia for Don Smith Photography.

His work ethic and attention to detail is amazing.

Leandro ALWAYS promptly responds to emails and phone calls with the upmost politeness.

He seems to have a calm demeanor especially under pressure and has saved us several times from disasters on our tours.

He is able to keep many, many details straight in his mind and I can rest assured that once I have told him something, he will take care of it.

I don’t have to remind him or ask twice.

Leandro is also a skilled people person, able to work with people from all different cultures and generations.

Those of my clients who have worked with him also speak very highly of him.

Although our association with Trips SouthAmerica is coming to an end for now, I wanted to highly recommend them.

I will miss working with Leandro but hope to be in contact in the future for personal trips to South America.

Sincerely, Beri Smith Don Smith Photography, LLC " ; ....less
