From Corso Mazzini with the MAB, Open Air Museum that includes works by Dalì, Cascella, De Chirico, Manzù, Modigliani, Rotella and others, Piazza dei Bruzi, "Cosenza Vecchia", medieval village, Church of San Domenico, Piazza Valdesi, Corso Telesio, "Piazza Grande", the Cathedral, the Rendano Theatre, the Swabian-Norman Castle. Close to the confluence between the two rivers (Crati and Busento), lunch based on typical dishes. Return to the hotel and overnight.

Terme Luigiane; the finger of the Devil. The "Rock of the Queen". Lunch in the restaurant. Diamante: tasting chili, walk in the historic center: the murals, the Church of the Immaculate Conception, the Church of San Giuseppe, the Church of Madonna dei Fiori.
