Golden Triangle with Heritage Varanasi With Luxury 4 Star Hotels

We did the private 8 day Golden Triangle Tour with Amritsar and really enjoyed it. Our guides were very knowledgeable about each of the places we visited and learned lots of new information. The accommodation was well chosen and the drivers were great. Would recommend to tourists.

We did 7 days Gujarat Essence Trip covering Ahmedabad, Dwarka, Somnath and Statue of Unity. The travel was by road in Toyota Innova car. Fantastic roads (90% of 1500 km we covered were great ones), nice people, generally clean places and fab food. Loved Gujarat and ita rich cultural side. Somnath darshan was special and cant explain the magical feelings we had when we were there. Our trip was such a pleasure thanks to Abbas bhai, who was driving us around. He knew Gujarat in and out and was hugely helpful at every location. Thank you WTX team for helping me putting this trip together.

I went on a 10 day trip with the company World Travel Experiences . This is a special trip to welcome the new year 2024. I chose India because I wanted to celebrate New Year's Eve at the place I always wanted to visit : Taj Mahal. The company WTX arranged a very reasonable this trip for me. I traveled alone here and my « 5 stars » driver Sourav Sharma picked me up at 4am at the airport. He was dedicated to me and I was so lucky to meet him in the first 5 days of this travel. He is a man, I must say, wonderful. I have to thank him very much for his work ethic during those days in Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. After Agra, I then took the train to Orcha, Khajuraho and Varanasi and met other drivers who were all very nice. The 6 tour guides I met in each cities were also very knowledgeable. I talked a lot with them and learned more about Indian history and life. I have admired wonderful historical architecture, the mysterious aarti ceremony on the Ganges River, sculptures with super techniques, delicious food and many attractive cultural programs. I finished the journey and went to the airport at 3 am, everything was well arranged, so 5 stars of quality. Of course, there are small things that could be improved like the hotel in Agra, but there is also much to commend the team's efforts. I would like to sincerely thank to Rituraj Singh and Deepak Singh who accompanied me from the first days (Septembre 2023) to built the planning of the trip until the day went I safely returned to France (Janvier 2024). Just returned from my trip to India and I can only say “Thank you World Travel Experiences for making my trip so memorable!” From the moment I booked, I felt great support from the company. Everyone -- from their booking agents to the tour guides, drivers and local representatives -- did a fantastic job. And, when something came up (I was supposed to take an overnight train which was cancelled due to fog), they quickly gave me the alternatives and all was well. I had wanted to visit Varanasi which is not typical for first-time India visitors, so they offered a package with that option and I was sold. India is not an easy country to navigate on your own, so I was so happy I found World Travel Experiences to do the heavy lifting for me.

We recently went on a 7-night, 8-day trip to Jaipur and Udaipur from January 25th to February 1st, with a stop at Chittorgarh on the way. Our tour was customized by World Travel Experiences (WTX), and overall, it was a well-organized and enjoyable journey. One of my top priorities while planning the trip was the quality of the hotels, and I opted for 4-star accommodations. The hotel in Jaipur was average, while the one in Udaipur was good, but in both places, the rooms were very basic, standard rooms. They did not entirely meet my expectations for a 4-star category. In Jaipur, I even had to change rooms twice due to different reasons. However, each time I raised a concern, the WTX team responded promptly and arranged a quick room change, which I truly appreciated. Apart from this, all other arrangements were seamless and well-managed. Our guide in Jaipur, Mr. Nadeem, and our guide in Udaipur, Mr. Pushkar, were both exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They explained and narrated everything beautifully, helping us understand and appreciate Rajasthan’s rich history and culture. Their insights added great depth to our experience, making our visits to various sites even more meaningful. In Udaipur, Mr. Pushkar took the time to ask if we were comfortable walking, and upon our confirmation, he led us through the charming alleys and hidden gems of the city—places where our car couldn’t go. Walking through these streets allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture, interact with people, and experience the true essence of the city, which was a highlight of our trip. A special mention must go to our chauffeur, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, who accompanied us throughout the trip, from our arrival at Jaipur Airport to our departure from Udaipur. His kindness, professionalism, and attentive care made our journey even more enjoyable and stress-free. Having such a dedicated and considerate person with us throughout the trip was truly a blessing. We would also like to express our gratitude to the WTX team for their support in making this trip so smooth and enjoyable. Ms. Uma meticulously designed our itinerary and made changes whenever we requested them to suit our preferences. Ms. Sakshi Jain and Mr. Rituraj Singh stayed in touch with us throughout the journey, ensuring we had assistance whenever needed. Their dedication and responsiveness truly enhanced our travel experience. Overall, our experience with WTX was amazing and memorable, and I will definitely consider them for future trips. If they provide the best hotels within the category I choose.

We, a family with two young kids, booked an 8-day tailored private tour through the Golden Triangle, including Ranthambore Nat. Park. The service WTX provided was excellent, not to say exceptional. Among all the offers received, theirs had the best presentation by far. They were always reachable, fast in responding, organized, structured, flexible, and helpful. We made some modifications while already on the trip, and even this didn’t cause any problems. The initial payment was more than fair, with the outstanding balance only payable upon the start of the trip. We would definitely book with WTX again. On the downside, we had issues with some of the guides (not the WTX driver; he was great, actually). As far as I understand, the guides are not employed by WTX; they are either self-employed or under contract with another agency and hired on a daily basis as needed. The Delhi guide, although very friendly and knowledgeable, took us to an okay, yet quite average restaurant (Suribachi) with prices higher than in Europe. A small bottle of sparkling water was R 400, and a plate of plain pasta (without any sauce) for the kids was R 695 each. The total lunch for two adults and 2 young kids was R 7,000, which is insane for India and multiple times more expensive than equivalent food in a 4-5 star hotel. Going through the reviews of that restaurant, it became obvious that it is well known as a tourist trap, and 100% of the guests were westerners. The same guide strongly advised multiple times to buy any souvenirs in Delhi since they would be significantly more expensive anywhere outside of the capital. The exact opposite was the case. We bought 2 small items for the kids. The exact same items of the same quality were offered to us multiple times in Agra and Jaipur for R 600, versus R 2,400 in the market he took us to. The restaurant as well as the market will undoubtedly have paid a decent commission to the guide. Commissions in this business are common and understandable; the guides have to make a living too, but at that extent, it turns into scamming your customers. After this experience, I chose the restaurants myself, which at least one other guide obviously didn’t like at all. They all tried to drag us into overpriced markets for the duration of the trip. Most of the guides were in a constant rush, which often felt like being under pressure and very unpleasant. I had to speak up and tell them that there is only one speed, and that’s our speed, but the slowdown afterward usually only lasted for a couple of minutes. They seem to have forgotten for whom they work and partially treated us like little children on a school excursion. I assume that these problems are common and occur with other tour operators too since they rely on the same pool of guides. Although not directly employed by WTX, WTX were the ones who hired them and thus can be indirectly held responsible. They should put some effort into getting them under control and advising customers on how to deal with them in order to have a fully pleasant experience. I can clearly recommend WTX. I would consider booking with them as risk-free. With whoever you end up booking, be firm with the guides, pick decent hotels for lunch and dinner, refuse any offer to visit a certain shop, and don’t let them unnecessarily rush you. 4 out of 5 stars because of the guides; otherwise, it would have been a clear 5 stars.
