Ask The Team!
Why is my money safer with tourhub than booking direct?
When you book with tourhub, your money will go into an external trust account operated by Protected Trust Services (PTS). It will remain here, protected against any supplier failing to provide your service, until you travel. This means no lengthy waits or long phone calls to retrieve money back, 100% guaranteed refunds if your trip is cancelled by the operator with zero fees from us! It's also the most secure means of transferring money to overseas operators, so you can rest assured that whilst you're directly helping the local economy and community, you're doing it in the safest possible way.
We encourage you to check our PTS membership number (xxxxx) https://www.protectedtrustservices.com/consumer/
Does tourhub charge booking fees?
No, in fact, 90% of the time you will pay a lower price with ourselves than direct with the operator. We don't believe in hidden costs so we have zero cancellation or amendment charges (please see t&cs for any charges incurred directly from the operator) and it's also free to hold a space for 24 hours prior to confirming.
Who do I contact about my booking?
The great thing about booking with tourhub is that you have two methods of assistance for the price of one! If you message via our messaging system, our team of knowledgable (and very friendly!) experts will assist you OR you can choose to send a message directly to the operator. This means that if you are in need of assistance or struggling with any aspect of your booking, we can help find you find the answers quickly and efficiently!

"Aside from the markets, Vienna is full of history, incredible museums, opera and palaces to explore! Head to Cafe Sacher (early) to try the original Sachertorte... it's a must."
