Day 1 : Arrival Day

Location: Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport our safari guide will pick up and transfer you to Kibo hotel in Arusha. You will briefed about your safari and leave you to enjoy your facilities at your lodge.

Day 2 : Tarangire National Park

Location: Tarangire National Park

Accommodation: Lodge

Accommodation Name: Overnight at heart and soul lodge

After breakfast, leave the lodge for Tarangire National Park. The drive will take you via Arusha town and along the beautiful Masai steppe. Drop off your safari chef at Makuyuni junction and enter the park for your first game drive of the trip. Tarangire runs along the beautiful lines of Tarangire River and mostly consists of low-lying hills on the floor of the Great East African Rift Valley. The vegetation in this park mainly consists of huge African baobab trees, scattered Acacia woodland, and a large swamp area in the south.

Tarangire River and the swamp act as a refuge for wild animals during the dry season. This park is highlighted by some of the largest elephant herds found nowhere else in Africa. Rare species of animals like the Fringed-eared Oryx and the Great Kudu are also found here. Tarangire is home to 400 species of birds, including the rare Ash Stalling. End this day of your Tanzania best camping safaris & Zanzibar beach by driving to your campsite during or before sunset.

Day 3 : Serengeti National Park

Location: Serengeti

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park “The Wild Africa.” The drive will take you across local villages and along the high-laying farmland of Karatu until you reach the Ngorongoro gate. After registration and other park formalities, you will drive up to the highlands of Ngorongoro at 2,300 meters. Stop at the crater viewpoint for some great photos of the crater floor from above. After driving along the Crater rim, descend to the endless rolling plains of Serengeti National Park.

On the way, stop at one of the Masai villages where you will be invited by Masai warriors for a cultural encounter. You will go in and around their houses and have a brief story of their nomadic life around this area. You will meet members of the family and kids, ask questions, and take pictures with them. Later, they will sing a farewell song that involves jumping high, and you are allowed to join the dancing. Afterward, drive to Naabi Hills Gate for check-in to Serengeti.

Spend some time for registration and other park formalities. This will be the time to have your packed lunch and thereafter start your afternoon game drives in the Serengeti in search of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Arrive at the camp during or before the sunset.

Day 4 : Full Day Serengeti

Location: Serengeti

We recommend an early morning game drive starting at 06:30. Today you will spend full day game drive in Serengeti Nationals Park. The game drive will takes you to the kopjes famous for large number of carnivores resting there to wait for their prey during night time, also along the plain were migration of wildebeest is commonly occur. Later you will return for dinner and overnight at bandas camp.

Day 5 : Ngorongoro Crater

Location: Ngorongoro Crater

Embark on an adventure on day 5 as we journey to one of nature's wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater. Following breakfast, enjoy an en-route game drive through Naabi Hills gate and past Malanja depression before arriving at Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the crater floor for a breathtaking game viewing experience.

The picturesque crater also boasts a dense population of predators like hyenas, lions, cheetahs, jackals, and the mysterious leopard, which requires a sharp and trained eye to spot. Bird enthusiasts will delight in the abundance of aquatic and forest birds, with a bit of luck, the so-called Big Five can be seen in the course of one day of game drives.

We will have a break for lunch, and later drive to wild camp Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight. All meals included.

Day 6 : Arusha – Zanzibar

Location: Zanzibar

Accommodation: Hotel

After a leisurely breakfast, pack your belongings and take some nice pictures of the famous Simba Campsite before starting your journey back to Arusha airport for your flight to Zanzibar at around noon. If you wish, you can visit some Masai markets or curio shops on the way to Arusha. Breakfast and lunch included.

Upon arrival at Zanzibar airport, you will meet our representative who will transfer you to the zanbluu beach hotel.

Day 7 : Zanzibar

Location: Zanzibar

Accommodation: Hostel

Accommodation Name: Zanbluu Beach Hotel

You will spend all these days while in Zanzibar. The attraction which area found in this amazing island will make your trip to be fantastic. Day 8 : Zanzibar

Me and my two daughters had the chance to be guided by the excellent and friendly Innocent of Africa bucket list. We had a just a wonderful experience in safari where we saw all the animals we were expecting to see.
