This Biblical tour reveals the footsteps of St. Pauls journeys in Turkiye and the Seven Churches of Asia Minor. There are many religious sites and places to explore such as Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea, and Thyatira. The pilgrimage is must for the true believers of Christianity. The tour begins in the city of Istanbul with two most famous attractions in Turkiye. Discover the magnificent Topkapi Palace which was the residence of the Ottoman sultans then, walk across Byzantine Hippodrome that was the scene of chariot races. Walk through the gardens that takes you to the Blue Mosque of Sultan Ahmed. Next day, early morning flight to Izmir will make you visit Pergamum then continue to Thyatira a city of artisans guilds in St. Paul time. Later, explore Ephesus with its expansive synthesis of Greco-Roman and Christian ruins. Begin your day by exploring Sardis with its beautiful gymnasium and marble paved synagogue. Then continue to Philadelphia a favourite city of St. Paul and John. Next, morning visit Hierapolis. This was Philip the Evangelists home. Afterwards, stop by Laodicea which will take you back to the first century, which was the important trade route towards south. With endless memories your journey ends here with a transfer back to Izmir.

Day 1: Istanbul Arrival
Welcome to Istanbul! Upon arrival at Istanbul International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to explore the city where East meets West.

Day 2: Istanbul (B/-/-)
After breakfast, your day begins with a guided tour exploring the ancient city with highlights to include: the magnificent Topkapi Palace (main residences of Ottoman Sultans), then walk across the Byzantine Hippodrome that was the scene of chariot races. In the afternoon you will visit Saint Sophia Basilica, historic seat of the Byzantine church, built in 537 AD and now a museum whose mosaics, stained glass windows and decorated domes have been crafted to create an environment of breath-taking beauty. A short walk-through gardens takes you to the Blue Mosque of Sultan Ahmet 1 built in 1616 that is famous for unequalled ceramic tiles.

Day 3: Istanbul - Pergamum – Thyatira – Smyrna (Izmir) (B/-/D)
In the morning after breakfast, you will board the flight to Izmir and visit Pergamum, and Aesculapiums, then continue to Thyatira, a city of artisans guilds in St. Paul time. For the evening you will continue to Izmir, Homers birthplace on the Aegean Coast.

Day 4: Ephesus – St. Mary’S House – Izmir (B/-/D)
This morning after breakfast you will explore Ephesus with its expansive synthesis of Greco-Roman and Christian remains, including the Church of Mary (The Council Church). It was the home of St. Paul between 54 & 57 AD. Nearby you will visit Virgin Marys house on a wooded hilltop where it was miraculously discovered. In the evening, return to Izmir for dinner.

Day 5: Sardis – Philadelphia – Pamukkale (B/-/D)
After breakfast, you will visit Sardis with its beautiful gymnasium and marble-paved synagogue and the Temple of Artemis including the ancient Christian Chapel of the 4th Century. Then you will continue to Philadelphia, a favorite city of Paul and John. In the evening, you will make your way to Pamukkale, the Cotton Fortress, with white lime cascades formed by hot mineral springs. Visit the ruins of the Roman health spa of Hierapolis and later enjoy a leisurely bath in the warm mineral waters of your hotels thermal pool.
Overnight in Pamukkale.
Day 6: Hierapolis – Laodicea – Izmir (B/-/D)
Enjoy your breakfast and then continue your journey to Hierapolis. This was Philip the Evangelists home. You will tour the extensive necropolis, churches and baths then stop at nearby Laodicea; in afternoon you will continue to Izmir. Later in evening, enjoy your farewell dinner at your hotel.
Overnight in Izmir.
Day 7: Izmir – Usa/Canada (B/-/-)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Izmir Airport for your flight back to Istanbul to connect to your international flight back home!

Yes, but only in case it was previously agreed by both sides and arranged by us.

If I need one, who is responsible to obtain my visa?
You are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documents for the destinations on your itinerary, including having a passport that is valid for at least 6 months before the date of departure and a visa if required. What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $100 per person amendment fee, potential loss of any supplier fees (such as non-refundable event tickets, park permits, and sea cruise reservations) plus any costs for replacement services. On/ after the Final Payment Date, the $100 change fee is no longer valid, instead cancellations terms apply.
