NB: The hotels listed above are ones which we frequently use on this tour. We reserve the right to substitute these hotels to ones of a similar standard when necessary.

• Free Date Changes

  Nomadic Tours allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before the start of the tour.

• Transfer as credit to Future Tours

  Nomadic Tours allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform nomadic tours, 60 days before departure.

• Low Deposit

  Nomadic Tours requires a minimum deposit of 100 GBP per person or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 45 days before departure.

• Cancellation Policy

  We don't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of nomadic tours charges.

  Up to 46 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit.

  At 45 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of booking price.

  At 28 days before tour starts: Forfeit 75% of booking price.

  At 14 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of booking price.
