Favorite part of the tour was visiting the pyramids, temples and cruising on the Nile river.. Our Tour company " Egypt Tour Club" along with our Tour Guide Youssa. Youssa was top class. He was very knowledgeable about the history so learned many new and interesting facts. Youssa was also very welcoming and friendly and I would recommend both Youssa and Egypt Tour Club to anyone visiting. ................................... Tour included a 10 hour overnight sleeper train from Cairo to Ashwan. I also enjoyed this experience because I prepared with Disposable bed sheets, body wipes etc. I strongly recommend you do your research to decide if you want to do this part of the tour as its not for everyone. The sleeper cabin was a tight fit but it was what I expected. Do your research!

We completed a 5 day private tour with Egypt Tours Club that included Abu Simbel, private transfer to Luxor, Luxor East and West bank, and Cairo pyramid tour. Unfortunately during the tour we met other couples and fellow travelers on the exact same private tour experience with competitor companies, and we were shocked to find out how much more we had paid in comparison. The price difference was not due to the quality of service, as every other traveler I spoke to raved about how positive and accommodating their experience was. Upon research, all companies also had extremely positive 5 star ratings. For anyone considering a private tour, please also reach out to Egypt Fantastic Tours. Unfortunately my experience with Egypt Tour Club ended extremely negatively. When I shared my honest feedback, they asked me to present proof. I spent time to then detail out how much I was overcharged by, and the response I received back was degrading. They simply thumbs up my response and did not respond further. I paid $409USD over and above a competitor’s with the same 5 star rating. I wouldn’t recommend this company and I hope you take time to research further, as there are many companies that offer the same tour at a fair price, and will treat you with respect.

We booked the Private Customized 3 day tour of Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria tour through Viator.com. It is our first trip in Egypt and we are so very glad and thankful that we did! Mariam, our tour guide, and Mohammed, our driver, was a huge blessing to us! They are helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They made the Cairo part of our trip quite relaxed and enjoyable! Mariam truly went over and beyond for us! Mariam even protected us from scammers that are persistently trying to get us to buy things and from creepy guys persistently trying to ask for pictures with us. She’s tough little lady! :) She even bargained for us at the bazaars! I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a tour guide in Cairo. I can only hope that our next tour guide is as good as Mariam!

The best experience!

This tour far superseded my expectations. I was picked up by a private Egyptologist by private driver in an air conditioned car first thing after breakfast directly from my hotel. I was then taken on a private boat tour on the River Nile, followed by a decision of my own to which museums we were to visit. The vast history I became familiar with through this tour thanks to my very knowledgeable guide was enlightening and exciting not only throughout the museums, but throughout the entire day. His English was perfect and so the vast history was easily understood. On top of his knowledge, was his photography - SO MANY great photos came from this day, more than any other experience I’ve had in Egypt. We got photos others weren’t even permitted to get at the pyramids bc he was smooth with the security. He also knew where to get quality souvenirs for my family, my friends, and myself. Then he even gifted me something I didn’t buy for myself bc that’s just the close friend he became. Camel rides, ATVs adventures, and the beautiful sunset all with the great pyramids of Giza in your background. Really, I couldn’t have been gifted a better guide! Mahmoud Khalefa is THE BEST! Ask for him, you won’t be disappointed.

Where to begin...

First time being in Egypt and the sites are amazing! Beyond anything my wife and I could ever imagine. Jimmy, our tour guide, where do we begin? Incredibly knowledgeable about Cario, Sakkara, Giza, the museums: there was nothing Jimmy didn't know it seemed. Jimmy moved at your pace, never overbearing or trying to quickly get through things (except for the Egyptian Museum of Antiquitys. You can spend literally a month in there alone). His driver was always on-time whenever we needed him. It was like he has a six sense. Jimmy's camera skills are top notch as well. Jimmy always went thr extra mile to accommodates us. Jimmy felt started as our tour 3 day tour guide and ended up being family.

Completely amazing. Hassan made the experience memorable, interesting, and safe. He was so knowledgeable about literally everything. He knew the right amount of information to give on the tour. The restaurants he took us to were all pretty good. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the experience we wanted. He took us to the authentic shops. I can’t even say what my favorite part of the tours were bc everything was perfect! I definitely recommend Hassan and this tour. He also takes AMAZING PICS!!

This encounter was very remarkable! Since childhood, I have had a strong desire to see the pyramids, and I am pleased to report that they did not disappoint me in the slightest. The person that led us for the day was Jemmy, and she was exceptional. She has a remarkable depth of knowledge, exhibited a warm and kind demeanor, and proved to be an excellent companion for the whole day. Once we depleted our water supply, she promptly stopped at a vendor and purchased more water for all of us without seeking permission. We appreciate your efforts in making our vacation exceptional, Jemmy!

We were given Mariam as our tour guide, but what we ended up getting was a great friend! She was so warm and welcoming, embodying the true hospitality of Egypt. I could not have ask for a better person to guide our experience! Mohammed our driver also was a great person to get to know and befriend. He was so nice and would always offer to go above and beyond to make sure our experience was great! Highly recommend both of these great people!

What an amazing trip! I trip I'll never forget! Visiting the temples, cruising the Nile, and experiencing the culture was 10/10. Youssa, our tour guide went above and beyond to make this trip fun. ETC's tourism services are the best I have ever experienced. They are friendly, understanding yet very professional. We were looked after right from the immigration to touring the sites. Ahmed Elsayed was our guide. Again very professional and fluent in English, at the same time very understanding and patient as we were a family group of 8 (of various age). He guided and showed us around Ancient Egypt sites and even did an in-depth tour of the Museum, where his knowledge of Ancient Egypt shined through. During lunch breaks he took us to really good restaurants where locals eat, such good food! A thorough Gentleman! The vehicle provided by them was also very comfortable. ETC is best in Egypt!

Outstanding once again. I have booked with Egypt tours club 4 times now through a very helpful and lovely man Ali. This time we booked a Cairo day trip and luxor day trip from hurghada. The Cairo day trip was amazing with sights of the pyramids and museums alongside a nice buffet lunch included. The tour guide Mohammad gamal was excellent. His knowledge was vast and his care and hospitality was brilliant. He was very friendly and nice to talk to. The luxor day trip was even better in terms of historical sites. Witnessed the valley of the kings, Hatshepsut temple and Karnak temple alongside a classical lunch in Egyptian cuisine. The guide was also great here with so much knowledge about Egypt in general and luxor. Learnt more this time round than the first 3 times. Both the guides were very good and could answer any questions we asked in near perfect English! The service and punctuality was on point. Private car service for me and my friend made it much more relaxing. Ali himself keeps in contact through WhatsApp providing any answers to queries and making sure the trip as a whole goes smooth for you. Overall, excellent and would highly recommend anyone to book through these guys, so much easier and relaxing than those bigger and less personal tour guide companies. 10/10

An Unforgettable Sunrise with My Husband

The climb up Mt. Sinai was a challenging, rewarding experience. We had a 3 hour journey from The Savoy at Sharm El Sheikh to St. Catherine’s and then the climb began. We planned this experience to climb during the night to be at the summit for sunrise. Our guide, Shaaban, was helpful throughout the journey up and down. If you could request a guide, Shaaban would be an excellent choice. He was kind and patient! There was another young man who assisted me on the way up and down as well. He made the walk much easier. The trail is made up of switchbacks to make the grade bearable for all to walk on. Once close to the top, there are 750 “steps” to the summit. When the sun rises, the view is exceptional. The colors of the sunrise and the landscape are not to be missed! Tips: *Dress in layers to accommodate temperature change as you ascend and descend. *Have water to keep hydrated. You can also purchase some at the rest stops on the way. *Don’t hesitate to ride a camel up in order to save your legs for the steps and the walk down. *Before you go, take advantage of Youtube videos that people post to get a feel for what the trail steps are like.

I truly enjoyed this experience in Egypt and it was all thanks to our tour guide Youssa!!!! This trip was so organized and our tours were well put together and super duper informative because Youssa is an expert in his field. The weather was perfect, the walking wasn't as bad as projected and he made it all a fun learning experience! I would not recommend anyone take that trip without this tour guide because you will definitely do yourself an injustice. Our safety was also a major priority and he made sure we were in good hands. The variety of foods, tours, fun, rest, was perfect!!!!!

Youssa was simply amazing! He was so kind and patient with such a large opinionated group. He took his time to explain any and everything. He also went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Even while planning the trip. I had a wonderful time with Egypt's Tours Club. Seeing the Giza pyramids was the best part of my trip, and it was made all the more wonderful because of Jimmy, our guide and driver. He was very personable and easy to conversate with. He really made sure to give us a good time. I am very fond of history so I really enjoyed myself at the Oriental Carpet school as well as the National Museum of Egyptian civilization. I was able to get an insight into Egypt's rich history. I recommend anyone who wants a similar experience to go with jimmy, because he was an AMAZING guide!!

Transfer as credit for future tours

Egypt Tours Club allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Egypt Tours Club, 60 days before departure.
Low Deposit

Egypt Tours Club requires a minimum deposit of 20% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 10 days before departure.
