Booking our tour in India with Gets Holidays was the best decision we made for our trip. They are exceptionally organized. The booking process was seamless and they accommodated our numerous changes to our itinerary. The local guides on the various parts of our tour were outstanding. We had a driver for the duration of our tour who drove well and ensured that we were comfortable at all times. The vehicle that we drove in was clean and air conditioned. I would highly recommend booking a tour through Gets.

We traveled to Rajasthan for a 7 day tour with GetsHolidays this past February. We did have some issues which arose during the trip and were disappointed with the lack of response from Deepak G after we relayed these concerns upon our return. 1. The car we were provided for our trip was a Suzuki swift hatchback- which is a relatively small car given the number of hours that are spent in the car on this particular tour. Furthermore, the trunk space was quite small and just barely fit our 2 small bags. 2. During our time in Jodhpur, ,accommodations were made at Park Palaza Jodhpur- I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel. The rooms are quite outdated with leaky faucets, nonfunction/inadequate electrical outlets and broken closet doors. They did switch us to a different room but it left much to be desired. This hotel should not be part of this tour package. 3. The total cost of the trip is quoted in US dollars despite the company not accepting US dollars for payment—-the trip cost should be quoted in INR instead, as that is the currency they accept. The guides did a nice job, and our driver was wonderful as well. But the above issues really did affect how much we enjoyed the trip. Even more , I wish that Deepak G had been responsive to our concerns. Due to this , I will not be using GetsHolidays for future trips.

Golden Triangle and Cochine.

This was a 15 day tour of the Golden Triangle and Cochin. We were a group of three couples and all the itinarary was arranged by GeTs down to the smallest detail. Including a minibus with a superbe driver . Excellent guides in each city and great choice of hotels. Nothing was too much trouble and every day was a success. We would certaily use GeTs again and have recommended them to all our friends

We Four Friends from Leicester, U.K had booked 19 nights (20 days) Incredible India Tour with GeTs Holidays from 02nd February till 22nd February 2025 Our entire tour of 20 days was just out of this world. We all had once in a lifetime experience. Each day of our entire holiday has gone in our memory lane. The most beautiful places and destinations those which we visited included Delhi, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Srinagar, Gulmarg, Amritsar, Dharamshala, Manali, Shimla, Rishikesh and Haridwar We had visited most of these places for the very first time. We loved their uniqueness, extraordinaryness and beauty. We were mesmerised by each place we visited All of the hotels those were booked by GetsHolidays were superb and met our expectations to the fullest. The service rendered by all of the staff at each hotel was extraordinary. The food was varied and delicious We had 3 internal flights and road journey by car. All of the drivers were polite, friendly and accommodating. Our special thanks to Ankush, our driver from Amritsar till Delhi. Ankush was a gentleman and looked after us all extremely well Our wholesome and wholehearted gratitude to Azhar and Nishant who organised the whole trip for us all. They took due care of us. Azhar was always available for any kind of help and/or assistance. He always kept us updated each day of our itinerary. Both Azhar and Nishant are great asset to GetsHolidays. We did not encounter a single hiccup We will definitely recommend GetsHolidays to all of our friends and families in United Kingdom. We will definitely have a come back with GetsHolidays for our next India holiday. All in all a very fruitful and memorable holiday for all of us

From the very first correspondence that I had with Deepak G, the manager, I knew that he was going to ensure a seamless and wonderful experience in India, and boy was I right! Deepak was always available for me throughout the planning process, as well as throughout the trip. I highly recommend him and GeTS Holidays! I'd also like to do a shout out to Ravi, the driver for the entire trip who was really great! He was so much more than a driver. He became a friend as well! While I listed so much in the week I was there, the highlights of the trip for me were my tour with Sunil in Old Delhi, my tour of Agra and the Taj Mahal with Ajmal, and my tour of Delhi including a visit to a slum with Raj. reply to Gets holiday : Thank you for your efforts, but our £5,760 luxury tour fell severely short of expectations: 1. “Complimentary” Dinners Misrepresentation: Dinners were part of Evolve Back Hampi’s standard rate, not a goodwill gesture. This misleading claim undermines trust. 2. $40 Tuk-Tuk Reimbursement Insufficient:After charging a premium, reimbursing a trivial sum for forced expenses reflects poor accountability. 3. Hidden Costs & Broken Promises:Evening transport was excluded (requiring extra taxi fees), and promised destinations like Juhu Beach were canceled without explanation. 4. Water Rationing Unacceptable: Limiting water in 40°C heat—only relenting after complaints—is inexcusable at this price point. We expected transparency and luxury, not corner-cutting. Attached proof confirms the hotel’s included half-board. A Complete Ripoff – Unprofessional & Dishonest Tour Operator March 2025 I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the severe discrepancies and substandard services experienced during the Holi, Best of Western India Tour with a Touch of South(March 13–29, 2025), organized by GeTS Holidays. The tour, priced at GBP 2,880 per person (excluding flights, lunch, dinner -only 4 dinners was included in my room rate), was marketed as a luxury experience but failed catastrophically to meet promised standards. Below are the key issues: 1. Day 1: Transport to the hotel was via an air-conditioned car(as promised). Later, the guide took us to the Holi festival area due to traffic, they insisted we take a tuk-tuk instead of our paid car (20 minute tuk tuk ride) Guide paid the tuk-tuk fare, leading us to believe transport was fully covered. 2. Day 2 (Holi Celebration) Again, the guide paid for tuk-tuks to and from festival locations. No mention of reimbursement we assumed this was part of the "included transport." After the Holi celebration he ended prematurely at 11:30 AM, the guide refused to escort us to temples The “full-day Holi tour” ended by noon, leaving no afternoon activities. 3.Day 3 (Departure): The guide suddenly demanded ₹3,500 to "repay" the tuk-tuk fees from Days 1–2. When we objected, he said, This is your responsibility. The company only covers cars, not tuk-tuks. The guide intentionally hid costs until the final day, leaving us no choice but to pay. The itinerary never stated that "local transport" **excluded tuk-tuks** for festival access. If tuk-tuks weren’t included, this should have been clarified upfront upon arrival delhi train station, We waited 20 minutes in Delhi hot, humid and chaotic train station for a representative, causing unnecessary stress. Guides consistently prioritized convenience over commitments, demonstrating negligence and lack of accountability. day 4: The promised visit to Juhu Beach was replaced with Girgaon Chowpatty, with the guide falsely claiming Juhu was “near the hotel.” This deprived us of a key Mumbai highlight. In scorching Indian heat, they initially provided only two baby-sized water bottles (200ml each person daily) After arguing, they "generously" agreed to unlimited water—only to reduce it again to ONE bottle upon arrive Goa hotel saying, "We’ll give more tomorrow."Pathetic.Water is cheap—why scam customers over this? during our trip, car service sometimes end after lunch or until 6 PM lattest . Despite paying £2,880/person for car and driver, the driver **abandoned us nightly**, forcing us to pay for taxis to dinners. Extremely Overpriced for Subpar Service For £2880 per person we expected flawless service, but instead faced constant corner-cutting. If you’re charging luxury prices, ACT like a luxury company—not a budget scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM—there are far better, ethical tour operators in India.

Sunil from Gets Holidays gave us an excellent tour of Delhi. We especially liked the walking tour of Old Delhi and the back street spots including the best samosas. He has great knowledge of the history of places in Delhi and Sunil was a great photographer and we got some fabulous photos. I’d highly recommend Sunil to show you around Delhi.

I booked from New Zealand a 19 day Rajasthan trip and then a 16 day South India tour. I didnt know what to expect as I had only emailed back n forth. What i did get upon arriving in Delhi was amazing first service from pick up to the day we departed Azhar and ashish took excellent care of everything, every step of the tour they made sure we were having an amazing time and were always quick in answering any quires we had. Our driver Rajesakumar was a very professional, safe and friendly driver he took excellent care of us, I would recommend everyone to have him as your driver. We formed an amazing friendship with him and we thank you for making our trip so memorable. I highly recommend using GeTs Holidays, they are very trustworthy, honest and very helpful. GeTs holidays know what's best when it comes to tours so don't hesitate email or phone them.

Having wanted to visit India for many years we decided that now was the time to go... So in August of 2018 we started planning, we asked friends who have been for their advice, one couple used Riviera travel another used Citrus travel. We priced up both the above companies for a 15 day trip visiting the Golden Triangle plus other locations, we wanted to visit Amritsar/Jodhpur/Jaipur & Udaipur as we had seen many TV travel programmes and were wowed by the sights etc. neither of the companies could accommodate us. Whilst trawling the internet I came across GeTS, to be honest we had not heard of them, HOWEVER after my initial email request for information regarding our ‘personalised’ tour they could not have been more helpful & professional this put our minds at rest and from then on in we had full confidence in GeTS as a tour company. All emails were answered promptly and politely, no request was too much trouble, we even had two personal telephone calls from Arijit, the Team Manager of Mukesh Kumar which was wonderful. Upon arrival in India we were met by their representative who gave us a folder with a printed copy of our itinerary plus a book of pre-booked 4-5* hotel vouchers etc., again this enforced our confidence. We visited 9 locations, Amritsar/Agra/Jaipur/Pushkar/Nagaur/Khimsar/Jodhpur/Udaipur and Delhi, staying in some wonderful hotels & converted palaces at each of which we were met by a GeTS representative. Ritu Chaudhary, Guest Relation, called us every 2-3 days to ensure all was going smoothly, which it was, again this was much appreciated. For our tour we were blessed in having a personal driver for 10 days, his name is Rahm, he was a real star, nothing was too much trouble for him, he arrived each morning, on time with a freshly washed/clean vehicle, he was very pleasant and took us anywhere we wanted to go, stopping during long intercity journeys for photos and comfort breaks, also he was not phased at all whilst driving in the mayhem & chaos of the cities (It took us some time to settle down to the style of Indian driving…). We pre-booked English speaking guides for the main cities, something I highly recommend, they were friendly and knowledgeable, one thing worth mentioning though is that during the tours they took us to souvenir/craft establishments that they clearly had a financial connection with, they really should have asked their clients if they wanted to go, not assume they did. However after 2/3 occasions we said no. The pace of our trip was just right, a good mix of sightseeing/travel and personal leisure time. For anyone wanting the trip of a lifetime we would recommend not going with a group because you are then at the behest of your fellow travellers, going as a couple gives you flexibility, something a large group does not have, each to their own though. We can’t praise GeTS and their people highly enough, to that end we are planning further trips to India plus a trip to Vietnam/Cambodia, we WILL be using the services of GeTS as they for us are the BEST...

I'm so glad that we used GeTS Holidays during our visit to India last month. From the initial contact to our departure at the airport they exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 10 people, having a limited period of 2 weeks to visit numerous places. GeTS representatives understood our requests very well during communications and helped us create a perfectly tailored plan. One of our main concern was the places where we would stay however GeTS chose beautiful and luxurious hotels in or near the cities we visited. Their staff were caring and actively sought feedback during and after the trip. Arjit Singh our driver was incredibly kind and professional. GeTS Holidays delivered everything agreed upon professionally. Highly recommended.

We had selected GeTs Holidays after a lot of research and we are glad we chose them. Santosh Nayak and Md. Azhar were very prompt in their responses and went above and beyond to assist us when we had a major issue with the vehicle. The tour guides, Aamir, Nishant and Jawan were very knowledgeable and patient answering our questions. All in all, we had a fantastic trip and would recommend GeTs Holidays for anybody planning a trip in India.

I used GeTS Holidays to book a tour for the Ardh Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj. The entire booking process was effortless. I was assigned a fantastic tour operator who took care of me the entire way. He was always available to talk on the phone or text with me if i had any issues of questions. I stayed at a camp very near the Tent City and it exceeded my expectations as far as accommodations. Everyone on staff at the camp was very helpful and organized anything I needed, including private tours of the area and villages. I have since booked another 55 days tour on Rajasthan and Gujarat for this Oct-Dec with GeTS. Again, it has been seamless and is totally tailored to my wishes. I have travelled with many tour companies over the years, some very high end and very expensive, but in terms of customer service, tour planning and assistance GeTS has been second to none. I will be using them for all of my travels in the future, and certainly will and have recommended them to friends and colleagues.
