Received excellent service and suggestions for a tour we planned for our son and daughter when they toured the Amalfi Coast in August. Hotels were all in great locations close to the action and all excellent 4 or 5 star. Would definitely use or recommend Omega tours to friends or family.

We used Omega Tours for a trip to Rome & the Amalfi Coast. Michael Rizzo did an outstanding job and answered all of my never ending questions. Planning and arrangements were easy with lots of suggestions and good advice. The drivers they arranged were on time, friendly and informative. The tours that they arranged were on time and the guides were well versed, our only issue was with one of the guides which isn’t a reflection on Omega. The hotels that were selected were very nice. The communication with Omega was good including when we needed some information while on the trip. I would definitely recommend them.

Just came back from my 11 days Portugal tours I booked through Omega tours. And I had wonderful time. I joined a small group tours, which is really great. The tour guide Myriam is one of the best tour guide I ever had. I always travel solo( and sometimes join a group tours )and tried to travel every year if I can . I am surely looking forward to booked more tours with you.

Was pleasantly surprised that there were only 4 people on the Best of Portugal tour. Our guide Cristina was fabulous and was a wealth of information on everything Portugal. A great experience overall and would highly recommend.

Had a great time and an amazing experience. The touring company was excellent, punctual with clean buses and friendly and well informed tour guides. Hotels were nice, clean with good location, great service and good breakfast. We are recommending it to everyone and hoping one day we can repeat it.

Very pleased with this well organized tour of Italy. A great balance of sightseeing and free time. Exceptional local guide and driver. I’m not sure I would consider the hotels chosen to be 4 star - with the exception of Hotel St Martin in Rome which was great - but the others were very clean and well located. Would definitely choose Omega tours again when booking group travel.

Most beautiful trip I've ever taken. Having all my hotels and pickup and drop- offs taken care of by Omega Tours made this trip so easy to enjoy! Michael was amazing. He was always available to answer all of our questions and he made sure we had everything we needed in order to travel internationally during a crazy pandemic!

We took the Italy Deluxe Tour in September of 2022. Everything we experienced was exactly as described. Exceptional accommodations, travel and guides were provided in each city. We had an absolutely amazing time touring Italy in June thanks to the great work of Michael Rizzo and Omega Tours. We started the process in January with a scratch itinerary not quite knowing exactly what cities to visit and what attractions to see. However, with Michael's expertise we created a 13-day extravaganza which started in Venice and ended in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The itinerary included the must see sites and allowed plenty of free time for my wife and I to explore on our own. Additionally, Omega provided us with a very useful and user friendly App that had all the day to day details of our trip from hotel locations, meeting points, and other useful information that helped take the anxiety away when traveling abroad. Our drivers and tour guides along the way were on time, personable and knowledgeable. They made us feel very welcomed and ensured we never missed a beat. Special thanks to Marco, Bruno, Sheila, Lume, Rafael, and many others. We can't say enough good things about everyone who helped make this a fantastic trip and we would highly recommend Michael and Omega Tours if you are thinking about exploring Italy.

Our family of 5 adults recently went to Italy on a 9 day trip to Venice, Rome and Sorrento(Amalfi Coast) with private tours, fast train travel, door to door drivers, and great accommodations; which was all set up by Michael Risso at Omega Tours. Michael was very responsive to my communications, very helpful with trip suggestions to make the trip better, and just overall a great travel planner! I went through the online service, Travelstride, to get to Omega Tours. I will use them again too. I was nervous at first, because I have never completely booked a vacation online without ever meeting the travel planner, but it all worked out great! We were completely happy with everything about our trip, and will definitely reach out to Michael again when we travel to Italy! There were a couple of small issues that arose over the duration of the trip, but they were handled quickly and without further problem to us. So all was good. Our private tour guides in Rome, Ornella; and Roberta in Pompeii, were incredible. Our Venice tour guide, Cynthia, was awesome too, she did a great job! We did a full day 8 hr tour in Rome of the Colosseum and Vatican, and I would recommend splitting that to two half days if you have the time. It was awesome, but a bit much for one day!! Also, we had a full day Amalfi Coast tour by van, with great driver Antonio, which was supposed to go to Positano, Amalfi, & Ravello, but because the traffic is so bad on the roads, there wasn't time to make it to Ravello. So, I recommend either going by boat, which we hear is faster, or allow more time if you want to see all three villages. Again, a great trip for the memory books! Thank you MIchael Risso at Omega Tours, and all of the local operators who worked to make our trip such a success!!

Sadly we cannot recommend them...primarily due to our tour leader. He was a nice enough young man, but a very poor communicator. Ask anyone in our group and they will tell you that we were in the dark on a daily basis. We had to ask about times to meet, schedule, dinner plans - answers were vague or he would say he would tell us later. The words "don't worry" are not what you want to hear when you are trying to get specific information. Several of the local tour guides were hard to understand - so we ended up touring most places on our own. The hotels were hit or miss. (Naples was the absolute worst). It had a beautiful view, but it was very isolated so it was difficult to get a cab to come up the street - even walking was dangerous.

Most memorable experience ever .Michael was service oriented , professional and responded to our requests promptly . The tour operator in Turkey, Neon Tours , were nothing short of 5 stars .The tour guide Zafer Bozoglu was super knowledgeable and very pleasant . The 'Glories of Turkey" tour was jammed packed .Got to see most of the SW part of Turkey .It was pure amazing . My only suggestion is to add a note indicating that there is a lot of walking visiting the incredible sights .Few fell behind towards the end . The highlight of the trip was the hot air balloon ride .

I purchased the Independent tour of the Amalfi coast. I was a bit nervous about having a different driver/guide/tour each day, but it turned out to be great. We were picked up and dropped off exactly when and where we were supposed to be each day and always had the ability to contact someone via WhatsApp if we had questions.

Our group of four enjoyed an excellent two week tour of Portugal thanks to Omega Tours and Michael Rizzo. Our itinerary started in Porto in the north and ended in Lisbon with excellent tour guides throughout. Each day was a new adventure visiting historic sites, enjoying the changing scenery, wine tasting, food tours and our hotels.

Our Signature Tour of Portugal came off without at hitch. All transfers, tours, and accommodations were above our expectations. The warm April weather was an added bonus. The tour was paced well and it was good to have a day on our own at the end. While we enjoyed visiting the big cities of Porto, Braga, Coimbra, and Lisbon, the highlights for me were our visit to the Douro Valley wine country and our tour of Cascais and Estoril.

No, solo travellers are required to book a Single (Private) room.

What documents will I receive before I travel?

Electronic Vouchers. These will be provided and attached to your booking (within the Documents section) aprox. 2 weeks prior to travel.

Can I join the tour once it has departed?

No, unfortunately that is not possible on our trips.

Free Date Changes

Omega Tours allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before the start of the tour.
Transfer as credit to Future Tours

Omega Tours allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Omega Tours, 60 days before departure.
Low Deposit

Omega Tours requires a minimum deposit of 500 CAD per person or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 45 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Omega Tours charges.

Up to 45 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 30 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 50% of tour cost
