I booked 3 different tours with them, and always the organisation was perfect, the transportation new and comfortable and the guides are amazing! First we met Nebojsya for our historical tour through Belgrade - and we learned so many historical details and also he gave very good tips what to visit and where to eat. Tamara was the next guide for the western part, and she is so friendly, opened and intelligent! We had amazing time. And Milica - the guide for the northen part - she opened a beauty of that region. The information is presented perfectly and balanced. Important historical facts which cant be missed and interesting moments of the country and population. I really feel more educated now. Did the Red communist tour with Marko and it was amazing. Pre tour communication was brilliant and the tour itself was really interesting and Marko answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly. His English was perfect. Made my time in Belgrade and worth every penny.

Went on a day-tour to Novi Sad and Sremski Karlovci. Very nice and professional guide with a lot of knowledge about the area (Hristina). Great tour including wine tasting (Vera). Highly recommended. In addition Hristina gave me a lot of great tips on what to see in Belgrade. ☺ Loved it.

Very bad experience! We booked one day trip in one day advance ! This company Giving the wrong location for gathering , waiting 2 times outside of hotel , and then they are telling it should be other hotel , after alll false information & hassle communication, the tourist guide left , with never showing up in front of the hotel , and they complained to their customer said ‘you are late ! ‘ , no responsibility at all , you will be disappointed for all trip ! Don’t go for it with them ! Because you will never want to comeback to the city , because of those people! They should present the city in much better way ! This is the reply on your “sorry”! Your company value is all about cheating ? 1. We have booked the trip by 4:42 Pm with your guy 1 , the timing you mentioned by 11:00Pm is lie ! 2. Guy 1 said to us , we need to pay to other guy by tomorrow morning 9:30Am with cash , nothing else ! Not even give that guy 2 contact number, so we just wait , until the day passed ! 3. Guy 2 call us by 9:25 Am , I told him we are coming down in 5 mins , after 2 mints he called again said to us , he need to move to other place to pick up other customers! We said ok ! 4. After called him , we are down from hotel , but he did not show up ! After called him , he is mentioning something else which is another hotel to gather ! Which is we never been informed before ! Not from guy 1 & either not from guy 2 in advance ! 5. We told him that we are not informed ! He said he will move to this “our ”hotel to pick us up ! 6. Meanwhile ,we contact guy 1 , guy 1 said , guy 2 called him , said he have send the unknown hotel location to us !? Which we never received anything. There is proof from chat ! Nothing he has been communicating before for the gathering point ! So he lied ! 7. After a wait , still second time guy 2 not showing from our hotel , then we called him , he said he is downstairs! We wait for 1.5 minutes to take the elevator, after reach downstairs, he still not show up !? We called him again , where are you ? He said , ooh I left ! Playing around with our schedule is that much fun ? ? Waste our entire day ! For all the unprofessional people! And so what ever behavior! Give us very bad images about Belgrade too!

Great tours, I joined the day trip to Sargan Eight railway and had an amazing experience. The sights and views were beautiful but especially the very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide Jovan made the experience unforgettable. I am from Hong Kong. Together with my wife, I travelled to Belgrade in late September 2019 and visited Ravanica Monastery as well as Manasija Monastery, under the arrangement of Serbia Tour Operator DMC. We had a very pleasant tour. Our guide Nemanja is professional and excellent. He has thorough understanding about, not only the religious background, but also the cultural and historical background of the monasteries which have profound connection with Serbia's past.
