20-Dec-2018Went on a day-tour to Novi Sad and Sremski Karlovci. Very nice and professional guide with a lot of knowledge about the area (Hristina). Great tour including wine tasting (Vera). Highly recommended. In addition Hristina gave me a lot of great tips on what to see in Belgrade. ☺ Loved it.

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?
All of our tours are private based. That means that the tour runs only for you and your party, with no strangers joining the tour.
Will the accommodation included meet local health and safety regulations?
We have been working hard with our suppliers in order to implement all the measures recommended by the WHO, as well as the local authorities, to ensure protection from the Covid-19. We have had all our staff trained to recognise possible sources of disease and prevent further spreading. We have been following Safe Travel protocols issued by WTTC, and will continue doing it as long as needed.
What policies are in place for Covid-19?
Cancellation up to 7 days before departure — 100% refund. Cancellation from 6 days till 3 days before departure — 70% refund. Cancellation from 2 days till the day of departure — 0% refund. The guest is obligated to send official written cancellation notice. Beside all standard reasons, cancellation policy will also apply for reasons that include medical ground, visa issues, jury service etc.
