The world of travel has changed since we introduced our COVID-19 Vaccine Policy. That’s why the policy came to an end on 31 December 2022.

This means you no longer need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to join a Topdeck trip.

COVID-19?security:?get a full refund or travel credit if you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days, and up to 24 hours prior to departure. Just provide us with a positive COVID-19 PCR Test Certificate before your trip departs and we’ll handle the rest.

So Topdeck, you have better not of cancelled my trip that I paid over $6000, and now I can’t even login into my own account because of some 403 Error and need permission to gain access to my account. Get it sorted out because I am not flying all the way over to Lisbon Portugal to find my reservation at the hotel has been cancelled. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. You even got my flights wrong when I went to Tokyo back in 2017 and I ended up at the wrong airport. Topdeck get your act together and sort it out. And let me back into my own account.

Free Date Changes

Topdeck allows you to make 10 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before the start of the tour.
Transfer as credit for future tours

Topdeck allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform Topdeck, 60 days before departure.
Low Deposit

Topdeck requires a minimum deposit of 60 GBP per person or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 60 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Topdeck charges.

Up to 60 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 59 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 40% of tour cost
At 28 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 60% of tour cost
At 13 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 80% of tour cost
At 7 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of tour cost
